I wear lidocaine patches and they don't always stay on but this tape this tape helps as much as it can for lidocaine patches as The patches have sort of a cotton cloth feelings one side but this tape helps it is very sticky it works very well!

Tape is tape. It sticks. Will be badly needed if treating an amputation or major eviscerating wound.

I picked up this 4-pack of Iconikal waterproof adhesive tape to keep in my home first aid kit, gym bag, and travel bag, and it has turned out to be surprisingly reliable. The tape sticks well, tears easily by hand, and does a solid job holding gauze and bandages in place without constantly peeling off. One thing I immediately liked was the amount you get for the price. Four rolls gives you plenty of tape for everyday cuts, scrapes, blisters, or wrapping gauze after minor injuries. The width is also practical — not too bulky, but wide enough to secure dressings properly. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on during normal daily activities, including hand washing and light sweating. It also has decent waterproof resistance compared to standard medical tape. I used it on a finger bandage while cooking and washing dishes, and it held up much better than expected. The white color also gives it a clean medical look. Another plus is that it’s flexible and easy to work with. It conforms around fingers, wrists, and awkward areas fairly well without immediately lifting at the edges. CVS - two times as much, and I don't have to find a parking space. I use this kind of tape to prevent callous buildup from my overlap golf grip. I like the range. I wrap one long piece over the bump, then I put in another piece at 90 deg to the long piece. Voila, impossible to fall off, comfortable, and with this six pack, cheap. The problem is that my friends, enemies, acquaintances and total strangers now beg a bit of tape from me. So, my next purchase with be for commercial purposes. If you see golfer worldwide parading their callous preventive finger taping, you will know it started here with low-priced, but excellent tape.

Stay on

Doesn't hold up to sweaty hands. It's not waterproof or sticky enough to do what I needed. It performed okay for a few minutes. Back of hand injury and I was trying to keep a bandage on while working, hand in nitrile glove. I know that's one of the worst spots to try and have a bandage hold on anyway, add the gloves and hand flexing, maybe just too much to ask from any tape. It seems to hold up okay at rest, but no good if you're working under my conditions. I'd try another brand next time. Probably fine for lot of applications but I needed something tough and indeed waterproof and this wasn't it.

Very good first aid adhesive tape. A must have for wound care.
