Love these lights. Installation instructions could have been better. Instructions said lights had to be charged 2 days before use. A pin was provided to turn on of off but the switch was internal so you could not tell if lights were on of off.

I loved these so much that I ordered another set of 4. Unfortunately, one has stopped working already, after just 3 months, even though it (they all) receive full afternoon FL sun.Would love to receive info to contact manufacturer for single replacement/exchange.UPDATE! Found manufacturer’s name on original packaging and they offer a one year replacement guarantee. Emailed the company and replacement already on its way. Excellent customer service!!!

I mounted these to my fence in the back yard around my pool, the really are cool. Looks like torches around my pool, and I don't have to worry about fluid or blowing them out at the end of a fun night. They have a lot of Brightness for what I expected, and they last all night long. So far I am very happy with them

These lights are so disappointing. I love the concept, but the reality is much different. First off, the "off/on" switch is accessed only by a pin-hole in the bottom of the light (pin supplied), but there is no way to know if you've actually activated the switch. And, since the switch has to be "on" in order for the lights to charge, getting them set up is a hit-or-miss proposition that can take a couple evenings. Secondly, the flame effect is more that of a roaring fire than relaxing candlelight -- plenty bright, but rather frantic-looking. Thirdly, 3 of the 4 lights stopped working after just 3 days. I hadn't intended to return them for the other reasons, but the malfunction made the decision for me. I love the concept of these, but wish the execution had been more satisfying.

The media could not be loaded.  You need to insert a pin into the unit to depress a tiny switch. Good luck. I got 2 of 8 lit this way. What works is to pull the back off and depress the butwith with a small flat screwdriver.

First I liked them. When they came. Hard to get pin in tiny holes to turn on. I drilled bigger holes. I was going to send them back. I'll get around to putting up on fence post. I'm gonna keep them. Get 1/8 drill bit make hole little bigger For you put pin in turn light on. Enjoy the flicker

I bought MULTIPLE sets of these and for the most part, they are OK. But even though it's only been 2 months or less, I already have some that aren't working anymore. We added them all over our yard along the fence and it loses it's appeal when there are unlit spaces. I wouldn't buy them again, if I had my choice but now I have to replace the ones that burned out. Frustrating.

Had many compliments on the lights look amazing only issue they dont charge well in low light so dont work if its been cloudy for a couple days or light gets blocked

Great lights and an even better company. One light failed after several months - informed company and they immediately offered a replacement or a full refund. I took the replacement and to top off this company's customer service, my replacement delivery was delayed so this company shipped me one more light directly as a gift....now that's a customer service reputation for all to envy. Bravo!!!!

Well, 3 worked, 1 did nothing. Looks ok though.

They look very nice, but one light is not as good as other 3 . 3 lights stay on all night. 1 goes off after 1 1/2 - 2 hrs
