The procedure of setting everything up was very easy to do. I started by hooking up the transmitter to the source device, and then I connected the receiver to the television. The two of them worked fast to set up a reliable wireless connection, and before I knew it, I would be able to watch high-definition entertainment without the inconvenience of HDMI wires winding their way through my living room. I no longer have to worry about the quality of the TV signal in any part of my home because I can now view it anywhere. This versatility is quite freeing, and it serves me well on those occasions when I want to enjoy a movie or a game in the bedroom or even outside on the patio. In every piece of video that I've been watching, the images have been really sharp and clear, and the action has been quite fluid. The wireless HDMI extender performs faultlessly regardless of whether the scenario being seen is fast-paced and action-packed or more sedate and emotional. The fact that it is also of good quality in addition to being convenient makes it an excellent complement to my entertainment setup. It is also very handy for those who have their televisions mounted on the wall since it eliminates the need for lengthy wires.

I was having trouble running a very long HDMI cable to my outdoor television (75 Feet) that would have signal problems and would eventually stop working over and over again. I tried everything from buying expensive cables, HDMI boosters & repeaters which all failed...I just happened to see the wireless options but there were so many, I didn't know which one to choose? I know I wanted one that was powerful enough (perhaps over kill) just to make sure I got the best signal. I read review after review and decided on this one.I have to tell you, this absolutely works PERFECTLY! Rich clear picture, no sound or picture lag and connects right away! Very easy to set up (Les than 10 minutes) and I was up and running...So happy! The transmitter & receivers are a bit large and the antennas make it even larger but I guess that's for distance. My wife HATES wires but the way I set it up makes it look "interesting" and when people see it ask me what it is? My wife accepts it because we can watch television again in the hot tub outside! I didn't try to hide it because they recommend a clear line for connection and following instructions is probably the best way to go...At least for my application it did. I even have it hooked into a 3 way splitter (2 outdoor & 1 indoor TV's) and that didn't effect it at all.I highly recommend this unit! If you're like me and want something that's easy to set up and delivers high quality, and need it to go a long distance, this unit is terrific! Hope this help!

Worked great and after about 18 months, with no changes to the setup, it just all of a sudden didn't work any longer.

I really wanted to like these. There's no manual, so when they first didn't connect, I wasn't sure what to do. Went online, turns out you have to connect them to each other first with an HDMI cable and let them connect. After that, they both saw each other fine, great picture... but after 15-20 seconds, there was constant hitching. Even using the remote seemed to pause during those hitches. The two boxes were maybe 15ish feet away with a clear line of sight, no big mechanics even close except a refrigerator. So completely unusable, no idea why. My quest continues to find a good solution...

It worked at first, but then noticed that my WiFi range dropped, and any wireless devices (Cordless phones) and other items had issues. It also killed the mesh network automation devices as well. It seems to not have a control over the frequency. I finally had to shut it down.

This item works as advertised, but the ports for the HDMI loop and the input from the source are not spaced far enough apart to use standard HDMI cables. Had to get ultrathin cables with the cable ends that have very thin plastic surrounding the connectors, even though my install is just this transmitter sitting on top of a cable box, no need for special cables that run through a tight space or any other limitations. If this had been designed with those two ports even a millimeter or two further apart, there would not be an issue. Tried scraping off the plastic from an extra HDMI cable to make it fit next to the other cable that was already plugged in, and doing that little bit ruined the cable. Seems like there would be standards in the A/V industry that HDMI ports have to have a minimum amount of spacing between ports to avoid this issue, have never had this problem with other devices or cables, so I'm pinning the problem on this device and whoever designed it.

I have a swann security camera system setup surrounding the perimeter of my home. I also have the dvr and the TreasLin transmitter on the 2nd floor in my home. I was able to setup 3 receivers, although I bought 4, in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom all on the first floor. I have yet to try the 4th one because I don't have another monitor/TV for it. As of now though I am extremely happy as it works as intended and was fairly easy to setup. 💯

Worked okay the first week or so, now it clips and stutters. The units are only 10 feet apart, with a hollow core door sometimes being closed between them. Have tried power cycling and resetting numerous time with no success. Also hate how bright the LED's are because this is attached to the back of our Master Bedroom TV and it illuminates the room. Darn thing also gets hot. Looking for another manufacturer since this one is cheap crap.After working with customer service, the stuttering was fixed and it is operating smoothly now. Still would like a lower powered LED, but otherwise I am happy with the product.

El producto funciona tal y como se anuncia. Es plus and play. No hay que moverle nada. Conectas y funciona. Es rápido para arrancar. El video es fluido (con ligerísimas pausas de pronto, pero nada que moleste). El control remoto jala perfecto. Muy contento con el producto.
