guess I need 2x the recommended to get me there
It's already been 3 nights and I'm not sleeping through 6-8 hours straight. I do feel more relaxed about a half hour to an hour after taking the pill but not enough to help me fall asleep quickly. Maybe 3mg of Melatonin isn't enough; guess I need 2x the recommended to get me there. This is expensive if I need to take 2 pills each night. Cheaper to buy straight Melatonin at the drug store.

Nice ramp down supplement
Nice ramp down supplement. They stopped my Vitamin Shoppe Advanced Sleep, and I found this to work just as well. No hang over at all.

Amazing Product!! All my past supplements for sleep in one convenient pill!
In the past I have used a blend of herbal supplements to aid in my sleep. I have bipolar disorder and my husband works overnights so in my house we both have problems with getting a decent amount of adequate sleep. We were taking a mix of Valerian Root, Passionflower, Dandelion Root, melatonin, and Kava Kava. It was exhausting to swallow all those supplements but it seemed to work. Annoying but effective. With Ultra Sleep they have all these ingredients and some I've never even tried in one pill. For me I was skeptical because I initially thought it must not be as potent as my supplement sleep cocktail. But I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The pills are on the larger side but I had no problem swallowing them. They worked like a dream. Providing me with the deep peaceful sleep that my husband and I need. The proprietary blend is valerian root, hops flower, skullcap, chamomile flower, passionflower, L-Taurine, inositol, GABA, and 3 mg of melatonin. Perhaps you should try something else.
I would like to start of by saying that I did receive this at a discounted price in order to provide an honest and accurate review.I have been asked to review several different sleep aids over the past few months and out of the ones I have tried, I feel as though these have helped me the least. They have a few ingredients less than the others, perhaps it is lacking something.As far as ease of taking for the pills, they are average compared to most other pills on Amazon. They are the length of one US quarter each. I would say that if you have no issues taking Nyquil as big as they are, then these should be no problem for you to use.As with the other sleep aids, I feel them taking effect on me approximately fourty-five minutes after I take them. With these, they take over an hour and the effect isn't nearly as strong. While I feel like it could help some, chances are if you take these and they do help, perhaps you didn't have an real issue in falling asleep as I do. As with the other sleep aids, they do not help you stay asleep, but just help you fall asleep. I rate these 2/5 as they are a bit substandard compared to other sleep aids sold on Amazon.

"MY NEW BEST FRIEND"
I have tried many Sleep aids over the years OTC & prescription and so far this is hands the best I've tried. I've had problems with insomnia for years and have found aids that work but either they make me drowsy when I wake or they have the reverse effect by keeping me up. I love waking up after a good night sleep, feeling refreshed. Once I get my sleep schedule in order I can usually start skipping nights quite often. Just have to get into a routine and turn that TV off 20 minutes sooner. LOLI've found if you take a sleeping aid and stay up watching TV after, it seems to keep me up. So now I shut it off within 5 minutes of taking it and it seems to work a lot better. Overall I would definitely recommend Ultra Sleep Formula to anyone who struggles to fall asleep and even for people who don't have trouble. It's always nice to have something to help, for those nights where you just can't shut it down.
