AJNA Luxurious Organic Vegan Suede Yoga Bolster Pillow - Rectangular with Carry Handle - Machine Washable Cover

I have purchased several different types of stuffed products and several different laptop desks in my effort to find a thing to place my laptop on - hold my laptop computer when I am sitting in my stuffed chair. This Yoga meditation pad is by far the best thing I have found to hold my laptop so that I don't need to cross my legs. I get my notes and other things beside me and settle down on the couch with my laptop resting on this bolster. It is 6 inches high and 9 inches wide. The length is about 24 inches. These dimensions are just right for me. I recommend this item for the use I have just described. It comes with a outer carrying case which I intend to use as a "pillow" case. I will never need to wash the zipper cover itself. That cover fits so tight I have been afraid that if I unzipped it I would never get it zipped up again. This bolster is pretty solid and unlikely to ever change its rectangular shape as a result of the way I use it. Do try this thing as a laptop desk if you buy one. It might be the best thing you can do with it. I am sure it will work for Yoga if you understand it is pretty solid and won't easily change shape. But, it will bend enough to fit the contours of your neck, or other body parts. This bolster is sturdy and has not changed shape at all since I have been using it for a lap desk. Yet it is soft enough to serve as a Yoga meditation body support. It comes with a booklet that shows numerous positions which utilize this pillow. It is light weight and well worth the price. It is money well spent: it can save your legs from spots of lost circulation caused by frequent leg crossing; a habit I have been trying to break for years.

This is the third time I have purchased Ajna Wellbeing product. I must say, the quality of this yoga bolster is very NICE!! It is really made well and the faux suede covering feels really good. I love how you can remove the covering and wash it! It is a firm pillow, but comfortable. Can be used as a meditative pillow, yoga bolster, or just a pillow to relax with. It does have carry handles at each end, which is very convenient. I got the Rose Quartz color and it is a very soft pink. I will be using my Eco bolster for yoga. The Eco bolster was packaged nicely in its own drawstring bag. I am really happy with my purchase and highly recommend anyone thinking about getting one.

My Yin Yoga class requires during the pandemic now that we bring all our own gear. I found this beautiful bolster, at a very good price, with prime shipping. Decision made! And, I loved the lavender color that went with my blocks and mat. In class, it's so lightweight that I can grab it for all the supported moves that we make. This is important, as I have arthritis in my hands and lifting is often a deciding issue. The fabric easily wipes off if any floor dust gets on it. It gets a solid 5-star rating from me - plus, it's lovely to work with, a peaceful color. I use it now for TV watching propping up, for my home stretching too. I am really enjoying having this lovely help-mate in my yoga gear kit.

I have no clue where to start with how amazing this product is but here goes. I have severe back problems, SI joint dysfunction, and pelvic/hip issues so to say I’m in pain everyday is an understatement. I have completed 11years in the military and now being medically retired due to my conditions. I’ve never stopped searching for anything that will help me with a better quality of life and alleviate some pain. Now I have found Anna Yoga Bolster and it has not stopped being helpful since I pulled it out of the box. First day I decided I wanted to do some touch up paint on the baseboards but it hurts to sit directly on the floor so I brought my bolster with me. Super comfortable and supportive for my hips. I feared it being too stiff to sit on but it’s not even close. The firmness is just right for support. Next after doing some housework I needed a break and get the pressure off my back and hips so I brought my bolster and propped it under my knees and again I felt my body relax better than it has ever done with the many pillows I have. Fast forward to bedtime and normally I sleep with 2 pillows and a body pillow to help get comfortable. Now I use the one under my head and the bolster and I can tell I sleep better than before. The best part is the bolster can be used for side sleeping between the knees to help with alignment or under the knees for back sleepers or just to watch a movie in bed. If I could fly to whoever created this I would just to give them the best hug and thank you. I haven’t tried the mediation guide yet but I will be in the morning. Thank you for everything you have done and I look forward to buying more of your products.

I’m happy with my purchase, though I think depending on how the bolster is used, it may not be sturdy enough for some peoples practice. Because it’s foam, sometimes depending on what I’m using it for, the end or ends may elevate slightly from the sag of where you sit your weight, like a bowing effect. For me, and how I use it, it’s fine. And it’s very well made

At 7 mos pregnant I realized I needed to move from my once-a-week prenatal yoga class to doing a # of exercises at home to make myself more comfortable, relaxed, and strong in preparation for labor. We use bolsters and blocks to prop ourselves up during shavasana, pigeon pose, kegels & beyond so we're not lying flat on our backs and can safely relax into poses. I searched a lot of bolsters on Amazon and am so glad I chose this brand in the light blue color - it's gorgeous, firm where needed, aesthetically pleasing, with a soft, washable, eco-friendly cover. I can also use while reading or watching tv at night for extra support. While I fully expect to use post-partum, I'm so thankful to have this bolster as part of my pregnancy arsenal. Just the right product at just the right time!

After using a quality bolster in a yoga studio, I knew I needed one for my yin practice. For reference, I'm 5'5", and I use this for support during hip openers while laying on my stomach. I also use it in tandem with a pair of blocks for reclined poses to open the chest. It works perfectly for all postures, and I've even used it as support for tripod head stand. The material is soft to the touch, and I appreciate the carrying bag, which keeps in clean in between my home and class. Worth the money since it isn't mushy and provides firm support.

Excellent yoga bolster pillow for someone a little smaller and with intermediate flexibility. I'm 1.7m and find this pillow a little short when using it in wide legged child pose. Someone less flexible will also need to get at least 2 of these to stack. Given that it's suitable for your physique, this is great quality, and beautiful to have around.
