BalneolHygienic Cleansing Lotion 3 oz (Pack of 8)

You can be sure I will never buy anything from this vendor again. I purchased 8 bottles of Balneol. They were delivered early but when I opened the box I found that the box had been lined with bubble wrap and the plastic bottles of Balneol had been placed loosely in the wrap. Each bottle was coated with a layer of Balneol. As I cleaned the bottles I found that each bottle had a loose cap and the leaked Balneol not only covered the bottles but also left white spots (Balneol) on the bubble wrap. I can't believe that the manufacturer of the Balneol would ship their product in loosely closed bottles. This leads me to believe that the seller or wherever they get the Balneol buys it in bulk and then puts it in the individual bottles. Besides the mess of cleaning up each bottle I have no confidence that the bottles were ever completely full since the caps were loose on each bottle.

My husband won't live without this stuff. He says it is the only way he feels good and clean after having had a fistula surgery. Been using it for 5+ years now.

you can wipe your butt without any irritation using this product. So why only 4 stars? The manufacturer changed the blue top of the container from a perfectly good dispenser to a non-improvement that expels too much of the product. Luckily for me, I have saved some of the old blue tops, and I will use them as long as I can, replacing the new sub-optimal tops. There's an old expression. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.

The product came as stated only issue I had was one of the bottles leaked out. Packaging to mail could of been a little better

I ordered eight bottles of Balneol. Only seven were in the shipment. Not nice short your customers.

Great product and price.Arrived on time but in a padded paper envelope. 5 bottles had loose tops and had leaked in transit--very messy. More sturdy package is necessary for proper shipping.

This was just a blessing - going through radiation for rectal cancer and it saved me from additional pain! I don’t know if I could have survived without it in my arcenal.

Balneol is a great product. However, the bottles were not closed tightly and they leaked.
