Yes. It also comes with battery backup function. If power is lost it will not keep the clock on or make the alarm go off. It will retain your saved radio stations and time so it does not have to be reset, which is in my opinion an only partially useful feature since it still won’t wake you in the event of a power cut.

There is no “atomic” or radio controlled function. You must set this clock manually, including for daylight savings.

Does this clock automatically update for daylight saving time?

I don't know for sure, but suspect that it doesn't. (Do European formatted clocks automatically update?) The clock is 'saved' for emergencies, because I can't use it without constant reference to the user guide, and I don't use it regularly. ( I use the one it replaces, mainly because it's easier to check the functionality on that than it is to try and use the functionality of this accursed thing!)

Can you wake up to radio or buzzer?

You can wake up to an annoying beeping sound but I haven’t worked out how to wake up to radio ( the instructions are next to useless).
