Easy to apply hydrating gel that helps with dryness, soreness, and minor bleeding in nasal passages. Very helpful in dry climates and in the summer when inside air is dry due to air conditioning. I've tried many different products to alleviate nasal dryness and this has worked the best for me.

I started using the medication as soon as I got it, I can already tell a big difference, my nose was so sore from being on oxygen all night, and I even use it during the day sometimes. I have been using Vaseline but this stuff is a lot better

This gel works well but turns watery quickly and runs out of the nose unless you are tipped back a bit.

I had my nose cauterized, and had to use this everyday to maintain moisture in nostrils. It worked great, not a single crack or bleed. It's not very thick so once you apply it, you won't feel it. It smells nice too.

This did nothing to alleviate my nasal congestion from allergic rhinitis. It seems fine at moisturizing, but I was looking for a product with rhinitis relieve. This is not it and is inappropriately named in my opinion.

When I get colds or allergies, the skin around my nose gets dry, irritated, and starts peeling from all the nose blowing. It’s almost like a sunburn pealing. I’ve tried Vaseline, hand lotion, and ChapStick in the past, but none of them really helped. A little Rhinase goes a long way, it clears up the irritation fast and really soothes the pain.

Good to put inside nose, lubricated well and pleasant to use after using saline nasal spray. Safe good ingredients. Works well to protect against infections and prevents scabs, nosebleeds and discomfort. Pairs well with Sterimar spray and seabuckthorn oil oral capsules.

Soothing gel, works a treat without causing a blockage. I seem to sniff a little more of I use it during the days so I tend to use it more at night.

Temporarily relieves my dry nasal symptoms when needed. Only just small enough to carry in handbag.
