Absolutely delighted with it

The technology in this watch is next level and the look and design is breathtaking! Solar Power and Atomic Synchronisation along with Altimeter, Barometer and Compass! All in a watch that never needs a battery and is always the exact right time! I put a 38mm glass screen protector on this watch to protect it as I’m clumsy with bashing up watches lol. I’d rather wear this watch than a 15k Rolex, absolutely no joke!!!

Great watch. Highly legible face. Atomic time keeping and runs of direct and ambient light! What will they think of next?

The only things that let me down was the negative display which I found hard to read compared with a positive display and no backlight during key presses / functions. Which for a tough solar watch seems bizarre.

Every function you need, looks amazing. Smart watches not needed.

Fantastic watch and easy to set-up and use. Great for outdoors

Cons- it takes ages to arrive. It is big, it is circular and therefore big all round. It can be boring to many people. The luminescence is not that wonderful, even with the light. No bluetooth (some may say). Pros- it is MUCH easier to set than the horrifying Casio Oak, everything is easier to get to and the crown is hilarious. You can use it as a bedside clock or counter clock when not in use, your own local Big Ben. It is very easy to read with the three-dimensionality of the numbers. Vivre la Thailand!

Added a black diver's strap (20 bucks) and tempered glass (15 bucks). Am very happy with this watch (it's been 2 months since I received it). So many features and gadgets -- most I won't use, but nice to have just-in-case, I suppose. Field watch for end-times. LOL. Features I do use and/or appreciate: * bigger face with clear numbers * self-charging/ solar * EXACT time with multi-band 6 (auto syncing to atomic time) * dual-time for world time * 5 alarms -- great for reminders for regular things-to-do * luminescense is super, and excellent light -- both easy to read * hands-free light is AWESOME. In dark, if you shift/angle your wrist, the light automatically turns on -- great feature for when in bed (I rarely take off my watch - lazy) The user-manual is daunting. I learned all my watch's features from an awesome 52minute YouTube video titled, "Casio Protrek-PRW-6000...". (Amazon reviews won't let me link it, here). All of that video's content applies to this model PRW-6600Y. And, it was all broken down into chapters. Highly recommend watching this. No regrets with this purchase.

En general es un reloj que cumple con creces su función y su diseño, es mi primer Protrek y no podría estar más satisfecho, se que será un reloj que me durará décadas y estoy muy feliz con él. A continuación les dejo mis impresiones : PROS: *Los números son grandes y facilita mucho la lectura al menos respecto a los que solo tienen el 3,6,9 y 12 o los que de plano tienen puras líneas *Es Tough solar, por lo que no tendrás que preocuparte por la bateria *Tiene barómetro, brújula, termómetro, altímetro, cronómetro, temporizador, alarmas, sincronización por radiofrecuencia. En general, este reloj es una caja de monerías que le servirá más que nada a los que gustan de actividades al aire libre como ciclismo o senderismo. *Tiene una pantalla de display negativo grande y elegante con retro iluminación, así como un LED que ilumina las manecillas y los números. *Los números, las manecillas y el contorno del reloj tienen un material fluorescente que facilita la lectura en entornos de total oscuridad. *Es resistente al agua, hasta 10 BAR de presión. *Las correas son de fácil instalación, por lo que puedes comprar nuevas de la misma medida y personalizar tu reloj (La medida es de 24mm) CONTRAS *El diseño es muy deportivo, así que no es un reloj que puedas usar en ocasiones muy formales (aunque obviamente no fue hecho para ello). *La pantalla puede ser difícil de leer al ser un display negativo, en especial en entornos de poca luz, al atardecer o en habitaciones medianamente oscuras. *La interfaz del menú es relativamente compleja, sumado a esto, el manual no hace un buen papel al explicar el funcionamiento de la lógica de la interfaz, es mejor buscar algún video en Youtube sobre como configurarlo. *el sujetador de la correa se mueve con el uso normal, por lo que constantemente debo ajustar el sujetador para que no sobresalga el excedente de correa perforado.

Al parecer está fallando la parte de luz ya que no enciende necesito asesoría para ver si es ajuste o falla del equipo no enciende luz de noche del display

Big face dial, very visible numerals, plenty of features for a very beautiful watch. Can wear it all day indoor & outdoor, very comfortable.
