I'm sorry for the confusion. FYI, the lid of steamer has been upgraded to glass material. The visible glass lid is more convenient for cooking observation.

It is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, glass and halogen stovetops.

Is this tall enough for artichokes?

The steamer basket is 4-1/2” deep, plus the lid is domed. I believe it would handle trimmed artichokes easily but you may want to measure yours.

Will cut green beans fall through the holes?
