InstantATT - 7-in-1 Caffeine Free Nootropic All-Natural Brain, Focus, Memory Supplement (60 Capsules)

I started taking these on May 28th 2014 and after eight consecutive days of taking these supplements I felt a jolt of focus and retention when listening to others. I used to take Straterra for my ADHD as it acted as a co-morbidity with my Tourette Syndrome. Compared to that I experienced no nausea or hot flashes like I did with the medication. The warning labels had me a bit worried since I had a dental cleaning in the first week of June and it mentions to stop taking 2 weeks prior to some surgeries and dental procedures. I only had a dental cleaning which went smoothly, yet I cannot say the same for others who might have more serious operations in their near future. It does not state the CAUTION section anywhere on the Amazon page, so I am going to write it out in this review and hope others see it. Other than that I definitely recommend that if you are looking for an alternative to energy drinks and energy shots, a daily regiment of 1-2 pills a day for several weeks could reap some long term results. Here is the caution label printed on the label: "CAUTION: Do not exceed recommended dose. St John's Wort may contribute to photosensitivity resulting in skin irritation and redness in persons exposed to strong sunlight and tanning booths. Avoid in patients at risk of bleeding, taking anticoagulants, or with clotting disorders, based on case reports of bleeding. Discontinue use 2-3 weeks prior to some surgical and dental procedures due to increased risk of bleeding. Use cautiously in patients with history of seizure, based on reports of seizure due to Ginkgo seed ingestion. Use cautiously in children. Avoid use in couples who are trying to conceive, based on theoretical reduction of fertility. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, individuals taking MAO Inhibiting Drugs, or with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish." Be safe!!!

I heard about this product from a friend. I've been studying for my LSAT test later this summer and I wanted to focus better on the logic games portion. If you know anything about this test, it's absolutely killer. Since starting this product I've gone from 3 Logic games in a session to 4. Games are kind of like Sudoku, but evil, and this product helps me stay "in the game" longer with better results. Maybe that's a placebo effect but if I get into a tier one law school, it doesn't matter. I was hesitant about adding a supplement because I didn't want to unnecessarily complicate or self sabotage my focus. The effect of these has been subtle. Nothing too extreme or disruptive. They seem mostly to help me with energy, but not in that jumpy way. It's a consistent level of energy and alertness. I believe that I am less likely to fall asleep on the bus home from work in the afternoon or be too tuckered out to study after dinner. I have heard from people who tried similar supplements that they result in funny dreams, teeth grinding or restless legs. I haven't noticed anything like this. I've also cut down on my coffee intake so I don't grind my teeth all night anymore anyway. The best thing about them though is that they're easy to take, and really affordable. I'll probably keep taking them after my test date since they seem to be doing good things for my focus and attentiveness.

Before I comment, I should mention that skepticism is my middle name. I have struggled with ADD for my entire life, and while ADD does provide a multitude of benefits, the darker side of the coin does present it's challenges. Focus, or rather lack of focus is a very difficult thing to deal with. I have tried many, MANY different new shiny things that all claimed were going to be my salvation. BUT, each and every one had or has proven itself to be virtually worthless (for me ... your reality might be different). That is until I came across ATT. I've been taking this for about a month now (just opened my second bottle), and I can truly say that I "feel" a difference. Unless you have experienced being ADD, you have no idea of the challenge it presents when trying to complete tasks. Within 4 days of starting this regimen (easy ... take one a day), I have to admit that I actually noticed a difference. It became noticeably easier to keep on task. I was actually getting things done! Completed! Finished! Somehow, I can now just take things in stride and I actually feel calmer. Today, I noticed that my recall of telephone numbers was improving. I deal with a lot of paperwork, and details of cases (not all but many) were much more easily referenced mentally. So, I gotta give this "stuff" a thumbs up. I can't say with absolute certainty that I have discovered the Holy Grail here, and I am still a little skeptical, but it certainly appears to be putting me on the right track. I'll continue to use this as long as I see improvement and or a leveling off if it maintains my improved level. In short ... so far, so good. One for the good guys!

I was looking forward to trying this product, however it was nothing but disappointment. For $40 it made me less focused, a lot more distracted, extremely moody, it gave me very painful pimples under the ear area, and somehow it even managed to make my forehead have a reaction, the skin felt sensitive to the touch and appeared red. MOREOVER, it made me feel out of it, instead of enhancing my cognitive abilities. I don't know, maybe it works better for other people, but a friend of mine tried this product too, and, "surprisingly", he had exact same reaction to it as did I. I highly DO NOT recommend this product, and if I could give it a tenth of a star rating I totally would, because it is not good enough for even 1 full star.

I have to admit that initially I was skeptical to order a herbal supplement off of amazon. However, after receiving this product and taking it as directed for a couple days, I am so happy I ordered! To begin, the item was delivered in the time frame promised and was packaged well. The actual product was packaged and thoroughly labelled. The label included dosages of all ingredients as well as manufacturing date, lot number, and expiration date (which was very assuring of the quality). The bottle itself even had a safety seal over the cap and a phone number to call the manufacturer. Now for a review of the product! I have been taking Instant ATT for about a week and have notice better concentration and energy when studying (for reference, I am a doctorate student finishing up my last semester). I love that this has helped me reduce my caffeine intake while studying, despite not containing caffeine in its formula. I haven't noticed any significant mood effects, but have really only been taking it for a week.

So far I'm not blown away, but I admit it does seem to provide a slight wake-up to the mind on some days. I've only taken one a day and been inconsistent, so when they send me a free bottle for writing this review maybe I'll try a couple days of 2 per day. I'm sure results vary but might be worth a shot if it works well for you. Imagine more people would be willing to try it if the price were a bit lower, if you did the 2 a day (bottle says 1-2 per day), then you'd need 2 bottles a month which would be about $90 a month on Amzaon prices which I think is a lot to ask.

You might hesitate to buy this product if you ponder the cost per pill: $1.30+. HOWEVER, I would pose a very friendly question: what's it worth to get your brain back? I'm only ONE pill into this adventure and the proverbial lights are coming back on. Case in point... I'm a writer. The feature screenplay I'm working on, a true story, is in the early stages. The crucial story structure is being carved out from a huge book upon which the movie is based. I love how the treatment has been progressing, but Act III has been particularly difficult. It's where we need to deliver a strong convergence of theme, climax, resolve, and message -- a message with significant substance that must be distilled so the audience can absorb it and feel rewarded by it. Now then, the most ludicrous sounding statement I could make in this review is to say that I took my first ATT pill and, suddenly, I could see a major solution to this creative problem I've been wrestling with for months. Months. But to be totally honest, that's exactly what just happened today. After one pill. Coincidence? Maybe. If so, I'd recommend that you buy your own "coincidence in a bottle." ...And before you pass on this product, you owe it to yourself to read a batch of the reviews. Four and a half STARS from 96 people is very impressive, astounding really. Can't wait for Pill #2. Maybe I'll see the Matrix.

The caution list is very extensive on the side of the bottle including decreased fertility, risk of bleeding, and seizures! Maybe if I were beyond child bearing potential I would consider this, however, the added bleeding risk would rule out many seniors. I'm not sure who the intended market is for this product considering these health risks. The pills are very large, clear capsules with speckled brown contents. Definitely larger than most multi-vitamins on the market. Smell is similar to a b-complex (which is not pleasant). Overall, if you're desperate for cognitive function and do not care about health risks, then this product is fine. But for a college age person looking for some over the counter ADD meds, I would just talk to a doctor.
