Twice a day initially, but soon only needed in the evening. Its different consistency works better on my tongue than the original which I had tried first.

Great product but not minty 😩
This is the first time ive had this flavour & i wouldnt purchase it again. Works ok but doesnt give that nice minty taste in the mouth, like the original green coloured iquid one. Tung Gel is terrific, just not this particular clear gel flavour.
