I bought it a few months ago , and still got no way to complain ..it's really perfoming very smooth and good . The seats and handles are very stable . The quality is very good . The bike is really aesthetic and still of good build . It's impactful and still comfortable . It is not only good for youngsters but also for elderlys .. A good quality product , that has a even better service support . A must try product , value of money , good for full body exercise , as it's really working and doing its job . A product made for everyone . A product easy to use , trust and work with .

When i purchased first time, it was a used product and totally misaligned. I have to fit it on my own as i didn’t requested for installation. I returned and asked for new product. This time i paid for installation as well. Bingo, received new product and all parts were well packed and aligned. Bad part is I had to wait for installation person to come and fit it. After following up multiple times, I cancelled my installation on my own. Product is good and it is comfortable. I have been using it for 3 days now and everything looks good. The seat is bit hard but it is fair with the price.

I have been using the Pro Max air bike for almost 2 weeks. Installation was quite easy. The packing in which it came was done quite nicely as well. I had gained quite a weight and was concerned how the bike will handle my weight. It is quite stable and sturdy. I started with just my legs and once I was comfortable I used the arm handles as well. I have been working out for almost 25-30 mins. It’s quite good. Although I haven’t used the tightening band on it for now but I plan to once I am used to exercising on it for 45 minutes straight. I will recommended this for people who just want to hop for a good quick and convenient workout especially if they don't have much time and still want some cardio in their life.

Third class product. Firstly, when I received the product, the parts were damaged and so I placed an exchange. In the exchanged Delhivery, also the wheel part of the bike was kind of damaged. But I really needed the product, so I decided to keep it as it wasn’t going to make a huge difference. There were no details how to assemble the bike properly, so I have to watch YouTube video to assemble the bike. While the assembly, I realise that there are a lot of things wrong with the bike. The nuts that were given were not compatible with the product. The bike is very uncomfortable to sit on. It is a terrible product and when you cycle, you keep on hearing weird noises from it as if the bike is going to break down at any moment. While I’m cycling after even five minutes, nuts are coming off. The paddles are loosening up. I also noticed black powdered dust coming off from the bike, like where I have kept it, I can see black dust falling off it, and even my socks are getting black in colour. It is a very horrible product. They are selling it at a very cheap price during sales and everything, but I would suggest to invest in a good bike of. At least you know 12 to 15 K. This is a very cheap and unsafe product. The Power makes people reached to me via email after like 2 to 3 weeks of product delivery stating that they couldn’t reach me on the phone, so they are emailing me and if I need to book a service, I will have to call them and the service in the sense the assembly and it is not free. You will have to pay ₹500 for the assembly separately in person. As of today, I have called them twice, and they have told me that the technician would come. But no one has arrived till now. The product is horrible. Do not purchase.

Very good product. Strong material and sturdy. Received call from the maker of the product, that was really unexpected. Thay called to ask if any help required or if product is working correctly. Product is worth the money.

Item is very good for exercise for reducing calories as we expected. The product is much valuable for such a rate and I recommend for all in indoor exercise. It can use for any aged persons

Cycle is good. But customer care service is very poor. No body came for installation even after many phone calls. Also I received damaged back seat.

Easy to handle, light weight you can move it from place to place, good quality and affordable cost, I am using it in my spare time and it is not hard exercise so you put it off and quit, good for beginners and lazy people like me. Can carry up to 100 kg weight not more. I like it because it encourages me not to have a weight of 3 digits

This Powermax Fitness BU-200 is useless. The alignments are not correct, like the handlebar and seats are tilted. You cannot increase the resistance, it feels like a toy. The display only shows heartrate and nothing else. Cant see how much speed or miles as advertised . I do not recommend buying this, rather put some extra money and buy a better one.
