It took me about an hour to build. Might have been quicker with 2 people but really wasnt that bad. My kids love this thing. Im 6' 240 and I go in it too.Its legit, not some scam where the robots give it 100 5s reviews.

So glad we got this trampoline! The kids love it! Now when they get home from school, they go straight to the trampoline instead of straight to their screens. A dream come true. 😂👍

I am very happy with the trampoline and the kids are extremely happy. Most importantly the company was very prompt with responding to when I contacted them about the spring padding being ripped. A new one was shipped out and received in a timely manner. It's hard to receive good customer service never minded excellent customer service!

We purchased the 10ft trampoline for our 3 kids we decided it was not big enough for all 3 of them to be jumping at the same time on it I contacted customer service and they were awesome they got back to me pretty much immediately if I was to return item I would have had to pay shipping they offered me 35% refund on my purchase when I accepted they actually decided to send me 50% of my money back without having to return and processed immediately. I was beyond impressed and am actually buying the larger trampoline from them as well. I ended up giving the smaller one away to a family member and it’s awesome

The Nuts bolts and washers were not in a package or maybe the package opened but I had a hard time finding anything and had 3 missing nuts. Luckily I was able to match them from my garage.It was easy to assemble and I was able to do it alone without help.Overall looks sturdy but it is wobbly without stakes, i cannot imagine all yards to be perfectly level. . I think stakes should have been recommended or included.

Aside from a great product the company selling these is hands down the easiest and most responsive I have reached out to via Amazon. Would 100% order again.

Easy to assemble, terrible on construction design on safety net/poles. Bolts have stripped multiple times and not sturdy enough to sustain wind with basketball net mounted to pole. Had trouble reaching/maneuvering Messages, do waiting to hear back after picture submitted. Great jumping on it, and sturdy trampoline. Would not buy again because of safety fence quality, and I never write review.

Revised: The seller did finally reach out to me and corrected the issue. Sent me a new one to rectify the problem. They said they would include contact information in the future. It took a while overall, but they fixed it and didn’t require any effort on my part after that.I bought this trampoline based on the warranty. No warranty physically came with the trampoline and it’s nowhere to be found. Not even a phone number or email address of any kind. Need a replacement mat as it got a hole within 1 month. Seller does not respond and I can find no replacement mat to fit this trampoline. The 108 7” springs mat is no where to be found. A lot of money down the drain.
