My 8 year old daughter loves this entry level tracker. She mainly uses it as a watch and does like tracking her steps with it. The battery lasts about 4 days and charges quickly. The heart rate monitor doesn't work great on her little wrist. She has no trouble synching the watch to the app. If the battery drains all the way, you have to synch it with the app again to get the time to correct itself, but that is no big deal. It only takes a few seconds.

Great for 7 and 5 year old. Simple, cheap, fairly durable. Had one break, nut was likely user error. Either way, seller replaced free of charge. It was a little disappointing that the data didn't transfer when we're swapped to the replacement, but over all its been a great buy.

My 8 year old daughter has loved this watch for the past year. It much easier for her to navigate than some other fitness trackers that have way too many features for a kid. She was bummed when part band broke. Although it had been a year and a half since I purchased it, I reached out to the seller to ask for a replacement. They immediately sent a new one, hassle free! Their customer service was excellent and easy to deal with. They’ve even checked back in to make sure we’re happy with the new one. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

My kids are 8 and love these watches. The sleep tracking doesn’t seem to be able to handle middle of the night wakeups. My kids often wake up at some point and may take some time to fall back to sleep (one of the reasons we wanted sleep tracking). The watch doesn’t seem to be able to handle the interruption and only records the first period of sleep.other than that, it’s pretty nice. The app on the other hand is kind of. mess. I have trouble making sense of it, it doesn’t have simple features like the ability to leave you logged in or remember your username for you, as my kids are constantly forgetting how to log in on their ipads. The prenatal accounts don’t seem to be able to handle more than one kid which is unfortunate. Also, they frequently get disconnected from the ap and then the watch suddenly resets back to January 1, 12:00 and we have to go through the process of pairing it all over again which is problematic. Sometimes we have to uninstall the ap and reload it. It’s very frustrating.

I got these for my kids for Christmas and really wish I hadn't. Our issues with these have been the following: 1. VERY low battery life - they have to be charged - on average - 3x per week 2. The watch kept buzzing with a message saying "Time to get up and Move" like...constantly - several times a day even when 1) exercise goal for the day had already been reached and 2) During sleep. My kids both reported that it was very distracting during school and sleep, and I have a daughter who is a rule follower and very goal-oriented such that she really feels badly when the device keeps prompting her to "move" . One day, it kept buzzing at her even though she'd already gotten over 10k steps that day, as recorded on the device itself (Yall. This child is 10 years old.) My son reported that it kept buzzing him at school and it was hard for him to concentrate while being interrupted that much. Even in absence of other issues, this issue alone would cause me to return them. 3. With less than 2 weeks of use, my daughter's device just stopped working - won't turn on, won't take a charge - just...stopped. No thanks. Returning both of the devices that I bought and am springing for Fitbits instead. Disappointed.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for 2 of our children. The one worked but the second one did not. The screen was black and nothing could be viewed. My daughter was devastated. I chose to email Biggerfive to seek help to fix it. I sent an email about the issues on 12/26 and received a response in hours. The team worked with me to troubleshoot. Nothing worked. A new one was mailed directly to us. It was received on 12/30. The new one powered on immediately after it was charged. Biggerfive's response and support was over the top. Thanks you so much! My children love them. They are easy to operate and are very sturdy. We definitely recommend the product and the company!

My daughter is 4 1/2 and she was been wearing this watch 24/7 since she was 3! I love that it tracks her steps so i know she is getting the proper amount of exercise and I also like the heart rate monitor and the sleep tracker. It is very accurate. She loves wearing this watch every day is proud of all her steps. She also LOVES that there are a few different watch backgrounds so she can change up the style! I also LOVE that this watch is completely waterproof! She wears it in the pool and also in the shower/tub. I also would like to mention that the customer service is excellent! The watch got damaged (since she wears it every day), and after contacting customer service, they sent me a replacement right away, free of charge! I was very happy with this! This watch is definitely a winner!

Great Price for Kids Fitness Tracker. My daughter loves her new fitness bracelet! She loves the color and that screen is in color. But that’s okay. She now can count her steps and choose her exercise like Walk, Run, Bike, workout, etc (you can put active choices at a time using the app and syncing to bracelet) and be active like mommy. You can also extend your warranty to 24 months with the card they provided. Also using the app you can sync calls so now if I’m calling my daughter on her phone she can see it on her wrist (Bluetooth sync so have to be near phone ) . I just wish it came with maybe two wrist straps especially since it’s for kids and we know how kids are. I don’t like that you have to remove the wrist part and stick it into a USB port to charge. Feels like it won’t last long having to do this to keep it charged and also seems maybe hazardous as well so I will be the one putting it into charge just in case anything goes awry . We shall also find out how long it stays charged before having to recharge. Great overall purchase for kids and kid friendly that looks like like a Fitbit with lots of similar features. Hoping it last longer than Fitbit trackers though . Stopped purchasing Fitbits since they died after year usage each time and went to Apple Watch. Thank you. Blessings

El reloj es muy bonito. Le ha gustado mucho a mi hija de 8 años. Más que suficientes funciones para un reloj de actividad infantil. Después de una semana de uso puedo destacar lo sigiente: El tamaño y diseño es perfecto para la muñeca infantil. El tacto es muy agradable. La pantalla se ve bien, buena resolución y tamaño de los números. La función de seguimiento de la actividades quizás deja algo que desear. Por lo mejor la variedad de actividades. Aunque solo puedes activar 3 deportes a la vez. Lo que no me gusta que mientras está puesta la función de deporte no se puede ver la hora. La función de sueño creo que no es muy justa, solo un par de noches las ha calculado completas, el resto da entre 3 y 4 horas de sueño si ha dormido en realidad 8-9. En cuanto a la alarma de vibración está bien, aunque para mí vibra muy fuerte. Lo que menos me gusta es que la batería dura muy poco, solo 2 - 3 días. En general lo recomiendo, es perfecto como primer reloj infantil.

We bought two of these watches for our kids. They love keeping track of their steps and monitoring their heart rate during gym and dance classes. It isn't the easiest to recharge as the USB stick is in the strap and it can be tricky to remove as it is a tight fit. One USB element did break, remaining in the strap but TUBU were excellent in quickly sending out a replacement watch. Hopefully we won't have the same problem. But other than the strap, this is a good fitness watch for kids.

La banda cumple las expectativas, y a un precio razonable. La usamos como reloj, monitor de actividad y de sueño, que es lo que queríamos (no tiene aplicaciones que puedan ser una distracción). Sería deseable que la batería durara un poco más (dura unos tres días), pero es suficiente para no tener que cargarla cada día, y además el corrector de carga es USB normal, así que se puede usar casi cualquier cargador o puerto USB de un ordenador, TV, ... Quedamos satisfechos y compramos una segunda banda para regalar. En cuanto al vendedor, 100% recomendable. Una de las bandas empezó a funcionar mal, y tras ponerme en contacto con ellos (la comunicación fue rápida y fluida), y comprobar mediante un vídeo el problema que yo comentaba, me enviaron una nueva a casa sin cargo alguno.
