Great fishing rod.
Very nice for the price. I packed in my suitcase and used it every morning fishing from the beaches in Mexico. Worked great.

Seasoned Sportsmans Review
I was very skeptical as a chronic fisherman, and I got it bad. If you fill a tire rut with water I'm going to get a line wet. I travel on and off the job and needed something other than just a 4 piece fly rod as plenty of my destination don't offer traditional fly fishing opportunities. Don't get me wrong, I own better than 12 bait casters for various applications, so I'm just as comfortable casting to bass, reds, and sea trout as I am presenting flies to rainbows, browns, and natives on mountain streams. I've found the rod to be better than expectation, by all rights a great product. Not only worth the money but is buy again.

It fit in regular luggage.
It is a sturdy casting rod . It’s really good for propeller lures but too strong for small and medium lures. But as a package is fantastic . Not for small size fish

Pleasantly surprised
While I lost a little of the sensitivity I get with my 1-piece rods, it was comparable to my 2 piece rods for both action and sensitivity. Adding the portability and protection added on the well built case I am very pleased with the rod.

Not for Braided Line!!
Just spooling the braided line on the real, it ate through the top eye!! Rod is nice for travel, but need to replace the cheap eyes with quality ones!

Great travel rod
Great travel rod. It is pretty stiff.

Stiff Rod
Rod is stiffer than I expected. Tip has almost no flex. More of a Medium/Medium rod. It is good quality and I will keep it, but was looking for a rod to cast no more than 1/4 ounce lures. The rod case is very nice and all fittings are secure.
