Like a better Franks green sauce in a bigger bottle. Lovely.

When I buy a green sauce I expect something bright, fresh and light. Instead this sauce tastes stale (date is fine) and concentrated. I get nearly zero coriander or citrus, and instead a taste closer to aged jalapeño mash. For some reason the heat is also almost identical to the habanero version from the same company despite being rated far lower. Both are still on the mild side for habanero sauces, but the poor quality drives me away. It's not repulsive, but I'd be surprised if anyone wants to aquire a taste for it.

The seal on the bottle arrived open and tampered with. Returning and refunding the item proved impossible. A disappointing purchase leaving me out of pocket.

Wow!!!! This green sauce is soooooo delicious! It hits all the notes of a little spice, the depth of jalapeño peppers that only they can bring, the wonderful tangyness of green tomatoes....... YUM! I am a huge fan of this incredible sauce! I have been looking for a new yummy green sauce and I found it! The price was incredible! I practically got 2 bottles for the price of one! If you like green tomatoes and jalapeños you have to try this sauce out!

This sauce is an absolute banger. The flavor is incredibly fresh, and you can actually taste the ingredients: tomatillos, green jalapeños (not red ones, clearly), a hint of spinach, cilantro, and garlic. It’s got depth without being vinegar-heavy, which is rare for a green sauce. Heat-wise? Super mild. It sits below a median jalapeño, so if you're looking for something fiery, this isn’t it. But if you want flavor-packed goodness with a little warmth, this hits the spot. I put this on everything. Meat, Mexican dishes, eggs... hell, I’ve even eaten it straight from a spoon. Yup. If you like green sauces "à la mexicaine", that taste fresh and actually highlight the ingredients rather than drown them in acidity, this is 100% worth grabbing. Yummy.

I cannot get over how delicious this sauce is. It has what I can best describe as a fresh, green taste. It is only a little spicy, not enough to scare away those who don't like heat. I put it on tacos, burgers, bowls, pretty much anything. Everytime someone is over and tries it they end up a fan.

Not great, I was hoping to find a decent green sauce comparable to Trader Joe's Dragon sauce (which is impossible to get your hands on in Germany), but Melinda's does not deliver with this one: taste is very vinegary, way too strong on the spinach and garlic powder, close to no heat. Add the absurd price (ca. 20€), that won't get you a recommendation... Shame, because I like many of their other sauces: Red Habanero, mango hab., Ghost Pepper wing sauce, Bhut Jolokia.
