These are better for taking that super hot cylindrical tube off the Freedom seed thrower. Lol

I bought these for work because we have a new BBQ griddle plate and it gets so hot that my hands at the End of Night are so red. These gloves really help because of the high heat resistance. .They are are comfortable inside and the good thing about them is that they go up past your wrist so they cover your hand wrist and little bit up your arm. We even use them when lighting the little fire at work now as well as they are brilliant for getting the chimney going. They have a red rubber grip on the outside.. they have a little tab inside where you can hang them up in the kitchen on a hook which is a good space saving idea.. you can easily wipe the gloves down or wash them in the washing machine. They're good for doing the BBQ, lighting up your chimney, really happy with them and now my hands are no longer sore at night.. happy customer

We got these to use with the grill press since it gets super hot while cooking and they worked great! The only thing I want to test is washing them since they got a little greasy so I’ll update this once I do but they’re strong, durable, and definitely helped protect from the heat when cooking.

These gloves do a better job of protecting me than my last pair but they are small, tight, and stiff. It is a shame because they do such an excellent job with heat. I use them and hope they stretch and get more flexible with use, but they are not much better than a mitt because of the stiffness. If you have smaller hands and long fingers they may be right for you.

These gloves are very durable. With the ability to withstand up to (500 degrees), I’d have to give thesegloves dbl thumbs up.Without sounding like an ad, I posted a few pics showing how they handle (375 degrees). they’re very fitting and won’t slide off your hand. I’d say grab a pair try’em out and you’ll notice the quality too.

I bought these gloves for my tough guy, boyfriend. Material is high quality and not cheap. Boyfriend said he didn’t feel any heat whatsoever when he stuck his hand in his 55 gallon drum bbq pit. It was high heat too, but I don’t remember the temperature my boyfriend said the fire was at. My boyfriend also has a pellet smoker and another bbq pit I don’t know what it’s called that he uses to bbq with.He claims the gloves are very comfortable too.

Don't expect to be able to hold 450 degree cast iron pan for extended periods without felling pain. But your skin won't be stuck to the side of oven because you happened to touch it will removing a pan with pot holders! That happened to me. These are the best I I have ever used. I can take the previously mentioned pan out of the oven and place it on a rack without feeling pain. I flip burgers on a BBQ that is almost unbearably hot to my face without feeling the heat in my hands. So they do a great job at what they are designed for. As welders gloves or some other thing that it really wasn't designed for no. Despite the bit over the top hype, these do work really well for cooking tasks without getting your hands seriously burnt.
