Out of 10 after 3 years, I now only have 1. I for sure know there's 2 more somewhere around the house. Haha I am surprised this product lasted this long. So I am here to say this is one good hair claw clip. Held hair up very well, even in a bun. Buying another set. Good price for 10 claws! It's solid and not cheap like those teen girly stores.

I have been so hot this summer that I needed some clips for keeping my hair up. Love these things and the selection of colors. They are very strong--they stay CLOSED, which I love because normally clips slip and loosen. I have worn my hair up in a twist at work several times using these and I didn't have to re-do my hair at all, all day! I have thick but fine hair that is naturally wavy. My ponytail is less than an inch thick, so not super heavy. These clips do a great job! I suspect that thicker, courser hair would still do well with these because they are so strong. My only issue is that the grip on the two pinch parts is at a weird angle so it can feel like they might spring out of my fingers when I try to pinch them.

Hard to know what to give this as far as a Star review. They are great, not too large and not to small - perfect to keep my hair up all day but they would use rubber on the inside claws to grip better and also two of them have already bent outward, like the spring isn't durable enough or it needs a stopper on the pin that goes through the hinges. So while I do like them I have only had a short time and two have broken.

My headline pretty much says it all. I don't have a lot of hair & it's baby fine. Barrettes have been known to slide right out & land on the floor. I used to have more hair & I could use the larger clips then....now I can't. These aren't huge. The claws are flat against my head....don't hurt my head. They hold but they aren't heavy.Pretty colors & attractive design. Ladies, if you've lost hair due to the change of life, like I did, & you have longish hair, like I do, but don't want to cut it, these clamps might be your answer. Such a quick, pretty say to put your hair up.

I bought these a few years ago and I wear one everyday. They are small but hold well. They can break easily if you are not careful but the entire box lasted for a long time. I keep most in their box and I will have two out in rotation of use till one breaks then I go grab another. I liked them so much that when I was down to my last one I ordered them again.

This hold my long, thick, curly hair great. Except the coating is coming off the clips almost immediately. I don't use anything but a moisturizing spray and air dry my hair so it's not the hair products. I gave several to a friend and she is having the same problem. Do not recommend. I don't want pieces of plastic coating in my hair.

I buy crap tons of hair clips. I BREAK crap tons of hair clips. I replace crap tons of hair clips. Then I bought these. They hold all my hair (curly, medium thick, long) They don’t slip. They don’t pinch. They don’t break. They never look dumb. They’re stylish, gorgeous colors, well designed, and SOFT rubbery feel. I’ve had them 2 months now and am still using just my first one, which matches everything. The container to hold them is good quality and handy as well. I suggest a package of these for each girl in the family. Have Santa bring them.

I have purchased this set twice already. This will be my third set because they are the perfect size, they last for years, and nothing else holds my thick, long hair so well. The last set I purchased two years ago. Those have since been lost or broke, which is to be expected due to stress on the plastic. I have never had hair clips last more than a few months before.
