Maybe these batteries are supposed to be small, but a fraction of the OEM size battery. Run time is definitely less than battery that came with remote control truck

Perfect for AquaCraft Reef Racer 2 RC Boats
I've been trying to find some reasonably-priced 7.2v batteries to replace the dying originals that came with the AquaCraft Reef Racer 2 RC boats we purchased years ago. I wanted to stick with NiMH batteries instead of dealing with LiPo batteries. The original AquaCraft batteries were rated 7.2v, 1100mAh and have become quite difficult to find.The CBB batteries are also 7.2 volts, but rated 2400mAh. Their Tamiya-style plugs fit the Reef Racer and chargers perfectly. The size and weight of these battery packs is greater than the original battery, but they still fit easily inside the boats and I didn't notice any difference in performance except for more having way more run time. I've opted to use a Tenergy smart charger with these batteries instead of the included USB charger.The only issue encountered was one of the metal pins in the connector popped out after first use, but it was easy enough to spread the little metal tab on the pin a bit and slide/lock it back into place.These batteries have officially breathed new life into our ancient Reef Racer 2 boats and for 1/3 the price of the lower-capacity batteries (if you can find them.)

DO NOT BUY THIS FIRE HAZZARD!!!
Got the battery set a couple of days ago. Was going to start charging one and figured I'd wait till I was home while charging. Glad I did. I kept checking on it now and then to see if it had finished and then I could smell a burning plastic smell. Glad I un plugged it because it was starting to melt. Haven't used the battery yet but the charger is complete garbage. There is no way on here to contact the seller directly. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN!
