I really lie how small these are, this makes it easier to take. I haven't noticed any side affects. I'm 77 years old and have arthritis in everything that moves and also have a heart condition. Folks, this absolutely helps me override wanting to stay sat down and gives me energy more than anything I've tried. I can't 'exercise' as normal, but I can keep going in daily chores! I'm losing needed weight and have just added in Garcinia Cambogia, so we'll see if I give Wonder Woman a run for her money! Note: I checked with my primary Care physician and got the 'go-ahead'...so I'm 'goin-ahead'!
