I really like this fitness tracker my child wanted one to track his steps and I genuinely reviewed this against the Fitbit kids watches and this by far was the best value all round so I purchased, you connect it to iPhone with the app and it takes 5 mins also the battery lasts days and he loves it, he wears it to school and playing out it isn’t water proof so can’t wear it in bath or swimming but uses this daily.Edit: after months of daily use the strap broke I told the seller straight away and he sent a replacement so happy child and the seller was great to message unlike some others on Amazon

This is a fantastic watch for children. It is comfortable and interactive, with a colourful display. It is easy to charge and children can customise the screen to suit their tastes and their are additional functions such as sleep tracking, etc... We purchased 2 watches in different colours for our boys age 7 and 9. They love counting how many steps they have done each day and try to beat their score and each other, so a great way to encourage exercise too. The Biggerfive Customer Service were very helpful and efficient in resolving a minor issue with one of watch strap parts and immediately sent a replacement part under warranty. Great value for money and a fantastic product - highly recommend.

We ordered this for my sons christmas and he loves it. It is easy to use and he enjoys the different faces he can pick - more options would be amazing. He loves tracking his steps and we always have a look at his sleep and compare.We had a break at the charging part, the company were fast to respond and fast to send out a replacement which was great customer service.I would say some things to consider:- you pull the strap off to get the charging point, I’m not sure this is best design, and you have to be careful so there are no breaks. It takes some strength to do so as well, my son can do it but may not do it st the correct angle so I worry about another break.- my son has had a bad reaction to the strap, his wrist is very red. We have washed the strap but no help. I have not raised this issue with the company because I’m not sure they could resolve it and I can’t get a different strap as they are so specific to the watch, I just wanted to raise this to make others aware.The company have been good, and fast. The watch itself works well, and my little boy loves it, so although I don’t love everything about the watch, I would still recommend for younger ages, my son is 7.

Bought last October for my 7 year old grandson’s birthday In November and he really, really loved it! His mum stopped him wearing it at night and with lock downs I did not notice until recently that he had stopped wearing it! Apparently the back of the tracker was irritating his wrist - bringing it up until it looked rather like a burn. He would stop using it off for a few days but it happened again when he started wearing it again ..... as they did not tell me immediately it is now too late to return it ( return option expired 28/2/21) but I thought I should highlight this in case the company has any remedies to offer. If this hadn’t happened I would have given the tracker 5 star# across the board.I have amended my star rating to the full 5 stars as the company has just come back to me offering a replacement or full refund - so absolutely full marks for customer service despite the time lag. Apparently my grandson must be particularly sensitive to the LED light ( which conforms to all safety regulations) such a shame! Great to come across such a helpful organisation.

I brought this watch for my 6 year old son to mainly track his sleep, as I am never really sure when he wakes as he sneaks down stairs. The wake up time is accurate however the sleep time is not at all as he is asleep by 7.3 every night and the app shows random sleep times. This means his overall sleep display is never accurate as the time he goes down is wrong. If your buying this watch to track your child's sleep I would recommend going for a different watch. Everything else on the watch seems good. My son loves the watch overall, but does not work for what we needed. I would like to add this watch scratches incredibly easily. I have brought a second watch for my son and he slept with both on this one was well off the yoyofit one tracked well minus the go to sleep time was off by 1 hour. My son complains this one is uncomfortable compared to the new one and will no longer wear.

Purchased 2x Fitness Trackers for Twins 7th Birthday, and they love it. All the functions of a FitBit but fraction of the cost. The watch straps does fit well, although the actual device is quite big on their arms, but this gives a larger screen. They love that you can change the screen display. But only 4 choices at time of writing.This has encouraged them to achieve there 10,000 steps a day where awarded with a virtual trophy. Heart and sleep tracking is a bonus as a parent .Good clear screen, great fun strap coloursThe only downside , is they dont have there own phones being 7 , so my wife and myself have to sync the watches to our phones, have not found a way to add to devices to 1 app (multi profile)TUBU customers service is great, and very fast and sorted out a initial problem we had with one of the watched :-)

We bought this for our 7 year old for Christmas 3 months ago. She loved her watch and it does everything you'd expect it to. Good step count, ability to track a number of exercises. The only thing is that the screen has just stopped working with stripes on the display. We've tried to reset it etc but it's still not working properly. Not sure how to contact the seller now it has been 3 months since we bought it.

The product is good considering its price - it does what you'd expect. The design of the strap is a bit awkward as it needs to be removed to recharge, and it's not easy esp for children, as you can easily pull it at an angle and accidentally damage it. I suppose you need to be careful!My child's watch was damaged after a few months, but the customer service was quick in replacing it with a new one for free. I was almost surprised by how responsive they were.In short, I would definitely recommend this product as I wouldn't be able to justify the prices of some of its competitors for a child's fitness tracker!

Great value for money and a fab watch for kids.Battery life is really good and it is so easy to set up. The quality of the watch and the strap is great too.Really happy! The customer service was amazing, we had an issue where our puppy chewed through the strap on the day we received it and Biggerfive were only to happy to help us with a new one.Fantastic!

UPDATE:Had a faulty watch, would no longer charge. But I reached out to the seller and was almost immediately responded to. They offered up some troubleshooting, which didn’t work in this case. And when we still could not get it working, they promptly offered to send a replacement. No hassle, just really amazing and quick customer service. I would absolutely buy again from this seller knowing that they stand behind their products. Thank you!Original Review:My son LOVED this watch! It has been great, however, after only 4 months of use, it will no longer charge. I’ve tried every troubleshooting option, and cannot find anywhere to contact the seller about this. If the product even lasted a year, on a 6 year old, I’d be happy. But 4 months, for the money paid, I’m pretty disappointed. Just wanted to warn other parents about this problem before you make the purchase for your child! If seller sees this and contacts me to make things right, I’d gladly revise this review - because we really did love it!
