MacGregor Golf DCT3000 Premium Ladies Golf Clubs Set, All Graphite, Cart Bag, Right Hand

Great starter set at a very good price. More hybrids than irons which is very useful.

As a new golfer I was advised to get ladies golf clubs as they are lighter. This set is just perfect as a starter kit as they are lighter than mens clubs.

They look good. they feel right. the low profile design helps the swing. with practice will soon be on a golf course rather than the driving range.

I bought this set on recommendation of a golf pro, they have not disappointed! I am delighted with them.

I always put extra time and effort on research before purchasing anything, especially on items worth over $300. As a newbie golfer, I started with a set of slightly used Dunlop golf clubs that I bought for $150 from Facebook Marketplace. The clubs looked nice but were heavy and bulky because the shafts were made of steel. And it didn't help that the ancient-looking and leather-type Spalding bag that came with the clubs was heavy as well. Then I decided to purchase new clubs as golf is a sport that I wanted to pursue. However, I had a very tight budget to work around with. While doing my research and going through the available options on Amazon, the Mcgregor DT3000 "premium" golf clubs caught my eye. As I dug deeper, I learned that the McGregor brand was a pioneer manufacturer back in the days and that professional golf players actually used their clubs. There were changes in ownership and management over the years which may be the reason we’re not hearing from them as much compared to other top brands that spend millions of dollars on marketing and promotion. So I had this feeling that McGregor is inching their way to mainstream again, considering their promise on quality and affordability. So I bought these clubs trusting that Mcgregor will deliver based on their long history in the golf industry and if they were to have word of mouth to work on their favour. So, to cut it short, I decided to order the DT3000 Mcgregor golf set last month. I was delighted by the fast delivery, in fact they were one day ahead of schedule! When the golf set arrived, my first impression was how premium they looked and felt. I’ve been at Golf Town stores, dreaming to one day own a set of Callaway, Taylormade or Ping clubs. So I kinda know how premium clubs look like. The colour of the bag was beautiful and modern with lots of pockets. They were super light and the material looked durable. Each club was carefully wrapped and when I peeled off the plastics, they again revealed beautifully made, sleekly designed clubs. What got me most excited is that the shafts were made of graphite! The grips and shafts felt good and the irons had the cavity, length and width that I was looking for. The putter looked and felt great as well with lines that help with hitting straight to the hole. I’ve used the clubs about a dozen times now and I couldn’t be more happier. I can say they performed better than I could ever imagine. My contact with the ball is so much better as the clubs are super forgiving and the weight is very balanced. I felt the iron head was helping me get further speed and distance. I feel great after each practice or after a short game because there has been significant improvement on my score. I’ve used the hybrids and I love them - they're so useful on the fairway. I am so glad to have gotten rid of the long irons! I am now truly enjoying the game of golf because of these Mcgregor golf clubs. Yes, I can honestly say the Mcgregor brand did not disappoint! The thing I wished I had differently was one aspect in the bag - I wish one of the pockets had thermal insulation for drinks & food. That's it. Other than that, I am super happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a new set of premium golf clubs with a tight budget. As they say, I'd rather spend the extra hundred dollars on a golf pro trainer, than spending all of my money on the clubs. Hope this helps. :-)

disaster!! bought it for a six year old. It requires a smart fone to make it work. What six year old can master a smart fone. Tried to contact company but think its false as no company found

The irons look nice like a much more expensive set. They hit great, I tested them out myself and rocked them too. The graphite shafts are a bit flimsy for me but not her. Everything matches, she loves green (its aqua close enough.) I became a hero when these came! If you want to be a hero too get your wife these! :) Great starter set! I liked that they give woods for everything longer than a 6 iron for forgiveness for those longer shots. She just started playing (one round) and could not stop talking about how much she loves her clubs.

I gave 5 stars because of the 27° and 24° hybrid. I have never golfed with a hybrid club before and have fallen in love with these 2 clubs. I am not a good golfer but I feel like I am a little bit better using these clubs. The color is very pretty, very lightweight, great value for the money you spend, and the clubs feel great. The club length is perfect, I am 5' 4" and I am so happy with this purchase.
