Refresh Skin Therapy – Vitamin C Serum with Ferulic and Hyaluronic Acid, Age-Defying Skin Care Serum, Vegan, Alcohol and Fragrance-Free Brightening Face Serum, 30ml

Some months ago, I hopped on Vitamin C serum bandwagon. Along with incorporating Retin A, my 40-something skin now looks better than it has in years. I mean it absolutely glows and blemishes are nearly a thing of the past. People actually comment, which has never happened before. But the price tag - a crazy, whopping $140.00 for a one oz bottle. Ouch. I'm a bargain hunter but quality is important so I decided to go on the prowl for an effective C serum that made my skin glow and left my pocketbook a little fatter. After a ton of research, I stumbled onto this gorgeous stuff by Refresh. It contains the EXACT SAME ingredients as the highfalutin brand I'd previously purchased. The results are equally impressive. Super happy! I am just about to place my second order. Just a word to the wise, vitamin C serum is highly unstable. The expensive stuff that I purchased turned from champagne to rust orange after a couple of months, which means that I probably flushed $60 worth of the stuff down the toilet. I purchased a couple of one oz blue glass bottles with pumps from Amazon with the intention of putting half of this serum in one bottle and storing it in the fridge, while using the other half to try to preserve it. Once it goes orange/rust, it loses its effectiveness. I ended up giving the stored half to my mother, so I am not sure if my theory would have worked (I'll try it with this new order) but at least there has been no change of color in the bottle I've been using.

If you haven't realized, this product has the exact same ingredient list as Skinceuticals C E ferulic acid which many dermatologists recommend and sells at more than $100 per bottle. I was skeptical at first given the few reviews here, but decided to give it a try after viewing the ingredients. Within days of using this serum, I am positively surprised by the results, so much that I feel compelled to write this review! The pores around my T-zone look much much smaller, and my skin feels moisturized but not oily at all. The serum does have an interesting smell like smoked bacon (it's weird I know) but luckily it absorbs quickly and therefore won't make you smell like one :) so happy to have found this!

I buy this from other stores it cost only $24 but here they over charge people by extra $15 way too much for this kind of serum I’ve been using it for recent months never paid this amount of money It does tingle tho if u have sensitive skin it does not do that much changes on the skin tho

L'odeur et forte mais se dissipe vite et absorption rapide. Le compte goutte livré avec est très pratique. Je ne peux pas confirmer qu'il y ait vraiment un effet sur ma peau mais en tout cas ça ne fait pas de mal.

Ich habe das Serum nun einige Wochen ausprobiert und finde es richtig toll. Ich habe es morgens, nach dem Reinigen, punktuell aufgetragen und dann in die Haut eingearbeitet. Dann ließ ich es 15 Minuten einwirken und habe meine Pflege fortgesetzt. Das Serum machte meine Haut schön zart und hat mein Hautbild (Rosazea) verbessert und ein paar Trockenheitsfältchen sind weniger geworden. Wunder sollte man natürlich nicht erwarten. Also tiefe Falten werden davon nicht verschwinden aber ein verbessertes Hautbild ist möglich ;-)

Nice and gentle on my sensitive skin I love it. It took me a year to finally find best suited Vitamin C for my sensitive skin with never ending breakouts previously purchased Vit C serum. Thank you Re-fresh for producing good quality products. I have ordered (3) three more bottles and waiting to arrive!!!!!
