Trouble on the Trail (Horses and Friends)

I LOVE that you were realistic about using the horse to pull up Benson but you also had tganbthe it around a tree for more safety. I want an Arabian horse on the cover.

This book is so exiting I loved reading this book it was filled with adventure I would really recommend this to 11+ yrs.

It's a good book filled with lots of adventures, friends and fun.

My daughter loves this series! Just bought her this last one for Christmas and she’s already almost read through it (a week later) because she loves reading it so much!

The character development in these books is great, the stories are beautiful, and it is so easy for a young girl to relate! Wish the author would write 10 more!

What a great story for kids with some good lessons! I enjoyed how the author wove the lessons into the story without sermonizing. As a senior adult, I find great value in this wholesome story for middle grade kids. I like the intertwining of a mystery with the normal curiosity of kids, even those with fears that are hard to overcome. Kate, Colt, Tori, Melissa, and Jake make a great team. Each is special in her or his own way, although many would see Pete as the special child. His story helps to highlight the uniqueness of children with autism. I loved the attachment between him and Rebel. I received an advance copy of this book from the author. This is my honest review. All opinions are strictly my own.

This is an awesome series! My daughter started this series when she was 10. She WAS a reluctant reader. I think it's because we had a hard time finding books that she could get into, but this series changed all of that. Once she started the first book, she couldn't put it down. When she found out that a 6th book had been released, she wouldn't leave me alone until she knew I had ordered it. Now she realizes how much fun reading can be, and it all started with these books. I can't thank you enough!
