Great Bed for my Grandma! Very firm & comfortable, Delivery service was so-so

New paid for Home hospital bed, visitng physical therapist said this was a good one. Extra long, needs extra long, twin sheets.

I'd give 0 if I could. Says extra firm. Its softer then the current soft one I have. I had to ask for permission to return and I have to pay to return it. Rip off. Bad customer service.

The product came very fast and is very comfortable. It was for my mom and she is short so I wanted a mattress that was comfortable but not really high. I am very pleased with it.

Poor quality stitching. After 3 months use, the seam stitching is coming apart so you can see inside mattress!

I bought this for a friend in assisted living who has had horrible mattresses provided by the home health care folks. She is absolutely delighted with this mattress and had the other mattress disposed of in just a few days. She's 86 so it took a bit of doing to get her to "pull the trigger" but she was thrilled with the delivery service and the mattress. No more spots sticking her at night. It will be interesting to see how this holds up over the long run but we have our fingers crossed.

I bought it for a friend of mine. who has issues with his back and COPD. Loves it and has been having restful sleeps since the purchase.
