I love ships, particularly the ones with big sails. I have six, currently. This one is a favourite of mine. I wouldn’t recommend this particular ship if this is the first medal figure you’re making, but maybe as a second. It’s got great instructions but I think it’s helpful to have had experience on an easier model first as some parts are a bit difficult to get together (maybe start with the lighthouse (they’re given difficulty ratings on the back if you’re not interested in that one) as it’s fairly simple, but you still get a nice end result). I’ve made three others (the Bike, the Lighthouse, and the Apollo Lunar Module) and am starting Big Ben soon, so I really recommend these figures if you’ve got the patience for them! They’re a lot of fun and who doesn’t want Jack Sparrow’s ship?

Holy-Moly these are great!!! Bought this for my grandson who loves putting together the Leggo blocks. These require more hand-eye coordination, the parts are just more intricate and sophisticated. The end product is a real work of art! Really pleasantly surprised by the quality of these models. The cost compared to the Leggo product is a no-brainer, so much less expensive and you get such a nice quality piece to display! He's already working on another....He is Special Needs and can not read the instructions, so he goes solely by the picture views of the instructions....

Collection . Make sure when snipping each part from sheet, that there is no bump left on the part. File or snip as close as possible. If not the excess interferes with accurate assembly.

Another amazing build. These models aren't for everyone. To the guy who only gave it 4 stars for the pirate flag facing the wrong way: think about how wind works then look at the sails and the direction the ship is traveling due to the wind....then give it the 5 stars it deserves lol!!!

Fun to build, would be a 5 start, but notices that the pirate flag is going the wrong way, something that I can't get over.

great addition

I bought this model for my Dad as a birthday gift we could make together. The pieces were impossible to punch out; the areas where the pieces connect didn't line up; and when we finally got the model somewhat together, it repeatedly fell apart. Also, the pieces of the model are so tiny that they're almost impossible to handle and work with. I'm 13 years-old, my Dad and I love making things together, and there is no way we could put this together. Very disappointing.

Bought this for my son for christmas. He's very happy with it. I've got him the Hogwarts train for his birthday. He loves these construction set's. No he'a not a child, he's 37 and runs his own business, but finds it very relaxing.

I bought this as a gift for my dad, who loves puzzles. He absolutely loved doing it and it looks great on the shelf. I was happy with the size of it and the quality of the product. Overall I would buy it again.

Ich habe hoch motiviert angefangen meine eigene Black Pearl zu bauen.Die Herausforderung ist es eigentlich die Teile miteinander zu befestigen.Das ist unglaublich schwierig da die Nippel so klein sind, dass man bei solch einem kleinen Modell überhaubt anständig hinkommt. Habe zu meinem Model auch das Tweezer Set von Revell dazu bestellt.Das kann man sich sparen. Eine normale Pinzette langt vollkommen.Viel tragischer und deshalb nur 1Stern ist, dass die Bauteile so empfindlich sind.Mir ist beim biegen eines Teiles ein Stück weggebrochen und somit ist das ganze Model unbrauchbar geworden.Wenn alles schon so extrem klein ist, wäre es vorteilhaft gerade die empfindlichen Teile doppelt beizulegen.Naja, jetzt hab ich ein Bausatz Metallschrott hier liegen oder man kauft es sich nochmal.Schade, da eigentlich die Idee super ist!

This one is a beautiful model. I did run into a few issues when stitching the hull together but overall this is one of the nicest kits I've made so far. A little bigger than a lot of the kits I'm used to. Very realistic looking.

Schönes Schiff mit vielen Details. Der zusammenbau ist nicht ganz einfach man muss halt ruhig arbeiten und aufpassen,Wichtig die Segel so biegen das die Nummer vorne aussen ist die glänzende Seite innen liegt.Den Rumpf mit einen runden gegestand biegen uhustick habe ich genommen.die Enden des Rumpfes verbinden ist der schwerste Teil habe ich nicht ganz hinbekommen sieht man aber nicht .
