I have no complaints. My gargoyle gecko loves it. Very easy to put together. One piece arrived broken and the seller sent a replacement piece for free. The enclosure feels very stable, sturdy, and safe. Perfectly suitable for a bioactive setup as well since the bottom portion is sealed tight and water/leak proof. I feel like I could move the whole enclosure completely setup without fear of it collapsing.

This is the best tank and the perfect size, but I will have to purchase it at a local pet store as it arrived twice with broken glass.

Assembly was easy, it is a sturdy enclosure that is still lightweight. I installed a misting system, and the tank holds humidity properly. I am happy with my purchase.

A little confusing to put together. Had to turn the side and back pieces a few times to figure out how to get them seated right. There’s still a small gap in the back at the top where the glass connects to the top, so I’ll have to silicone that shut. Overall, seems relatively sturdy.

I was nervous about getting this as I saw several people posting that their glass panels were cracked or the wrong size. But once it got here, it was quick and painless to assemble.. but I had one panel that wasn’t fitting properly at first.. upon further inspection, I had placed it in the slot sideways haha. The terrarium itself is tad bit shaky due to the way it is assembled, that being said, you could silicone it and it would be as solid as a rock! Ignore the reviews saying the panels were the wrong size, they just have them turned the wrong way! I will most likely buy another one of these reptizoo enclosures soon!

As other reviews mentions, there are gaps in the panels. The back & side panes are not cut to the same dimensions as the doors, therefore it is not entirely sealed. Other than this assembly was relatively easy however i will be returning the product. Upset that this highly regarded brand cannot build a proper terrarium, especially for the price. A true shame.

This is our first time purchasing a terrarium for a new crested gecko we’d purchased several months ago. It’s held up great so far! My gecko has plenty room to roam. It did initially arrive completely shattered somehow, the shipping box was undamaged. I was sent a new one which arrived the next day and it was all in great condition. I did find the directions to not be very good but we managed to get it together in not much time at all.

Not a great product. Size is very misleading. It states 18x18x24 but it’s actually 16.5x16.5x23. Instructions are a bit unclear but simple. Top does not sit properly on top even after screwing poles into base. If doors open too much, you can’t get it closed again without taking top off and resetting everything. For the price I would expect something more sturdy. I ended up going to a local store and buying a better 18x18x24 for much less ($95)and came with extras. Would NOT recommend this item!
