Does anyone else have trouble with poor ink flow? What did you do to resolve it? Both cartridges only work about 50% of the time.

Hi there, sorry that you have had an issue with the refills. I've been in touch via the Amazon messaging system so that we can establish the cause of the problem and then make things right for you. I suspect that the refill tips have dried out a little during air-shipping. If you dip the tip into water and then briefly scribble, this should bring the refill to life. But please come back to me via the Amazon system and we can make sure that we can resolve any issues you have.

Will a Hauser 777 refill fit in this pen?

The dimensions seem to match the Schmidt 888 / 5888 so I think it will work. Without testing it first I can't guarantee it. Please let us know if it does!

What country are pens made in?

Hi! We are a British brand based in London. Like most companies today we have a global supply chain. All of our products are designed in London. The pen body is manufactured in China. Refills/nib/converter/cartridges are manufactured in Germany.

where to you buy the refill when needed?

Hello! Our pens use Schmidt refills. We will offer them directly in the future but for now, if you search on Amazon for "Schmidt refill 888" you will see a number of options. Your pen has an 888F (fine, black ink) refill at the moment. There are plenty of colour and thickness options availabie. All the best!
