Worked exactly as advertised on a 2011 Fiat 500
The door handle to my 2011 Fiat 500 managed to break 5 days before I exchanged it as a part-exchange on a new car. As I was unsure whether I would still receive the agreed price with a new fault, I wanted to repair this fault before handing the car in. I contacted several garages, all of whom quoted >£100 for a fix.Instead I bought this part for £11 and managed to install it myself in just over 1 hour (even as a 24y/o who knows next to nothing about cars or DIY). It's definitely a fiddly fix and at times required some problem solving, but as I was just replacing the hinge it made some of the hardest parts (I gave up on removing the door handle completely from the car- many of the Youtube explain that this is often the hardest part- but was able to remove it enough to give me enough access to the broken hinge). Plenty of instructional videos are available if you are uncertain.

Does the Job
The product is an exact replacement for the original manufacturer's part. However, the basic design may cause it to fail in time. The hinge pin rusts and ceases causing the hinge to snap. If the new pin is stainless steel, it may last longer.

This hinge is not the best made. Pin fell out as soon as I opened it. Had to flatten the ends to stop this.
