Used for a 90s new year party. We got a couple of uv lights and the decorations looked great- especially the tape!

I bought this kit for a friends shower party, but was dissappointed that it does not glow in the dark. This kit is wonderful and has a lot of parts, which are made of flourscent colours, and do not glow in any way.
