These are spot on for beginners workout where quick adjustments are frequently needed. Super reasonably priced As well. I weigh 155 and feel totally secure with these. For me, I prefer these over the ones with preset holes. Evening out the hang using tree branches, etc., requires fine adjustments which these do with ease. Just super awesome. Wood handles feel great and don’t slip, the straps are plenty long and strong, they support all 235lbs of me without complaint. The only negative is it is a bit difficult to route the strap through the latch, but once in it is easy to adjust and smdoesnt slips, so I suppose that’s a small price to pay. Much better than I thought I would get for the money!

My husband uses these everyday and they are great. He has no issues with them, the wood quality is great on the rings and the straps are heavy duty. There isn't any noise when he is working out on them and they can be easily adjusted, taken down, and put up somewhere else. Very sturdy.

We have these rings hanging from a pull-up bar in the garage and really like them. Some have mentioned that the straps are slipping on them, however we have not had this problem yet. Make sure that you have the straps fed through the buckles in the correct direction as that could be the issue. In regards to the straps themselves, I must admit they are not as thick as straps I've seen on other sets of rings. Our usage is ring dips, l-sits and things like that and it handles them without a problem. I "think" muscle-ups would be fine on them however have not tried as there isn't room in our garage.

Great product for the money. I am getting in great shape, I have never been so ripped. My workout takes about 40 minutes 3 times a week and the results are in the mirror. Also there are endless exercises you can do, I am just scratching the surface. I use an Oak tree outside, but the options for hanging the rings are endless. I have been using mine for about 4 months now continuously with no quality issues. Go big! I should also mention, this isn't my first picnic, I have used every workout device on the market, done the gym thing extensively, but I think sometimes the simplest solutions that use your own body resistance are the smartest.
