Somehow I didn't realize I was purchasing different kids of Nuun vs different flavors. These have all different benefits which are great. I love that they're perfect for traveling. Handy packaging to throw in any bag in case of emergency. Recently I did a hike, had major leg cramps. Probably wasn't super hydrated so I took one and leg cramps calmed down. So great in case of a hydration emergency!

We love Nuun, and have been using it for several years!! I’m an ultra-marathoner and nuun has been great. It does not upset my stomach, has a delicious assortment of flavors, does what it is meant to do replenishing while I am out on the road!!!

My daughter is a doctor and pregnant she often works 14 hour days 6 or 7 days a week. In her crazy no down time life she needs stay healthy, get hydration and keep on the go. This is a handy solution that she can pack on the go. While it is not a substitute for water, rest and downtime, it helps when stress, work and other factors keep you on the go. reading reviews of people looking for a energy boost for workouts... This was not what I expected so not disappointed A quick jolt of energy is less appealing then sustained stamina.The ingredients are clean without fillers and junk. The only one I do not like is stevia, so if you are not a stevia fan it is in there.

My line of work requires a lot of cardio and this helps elevate my dehydration issues.

Of all the rehydration drinks (and I probably tried about six of the most popular ones before hitting on this one), I like this brand the best. I don't like anything too sweet, too salty or too strongly flavored. (Am I Goldilocks?) This fits the bill. I love having a tube of them in my handbag so I can drop them in water in a restaurant (or once, my hairdressers...) I have an autoimmune condition that causes dehydration so take one of these every day, not just after exercise etc. I can tell if I miss it, I get a headache.

Nuun hides behind environmentalist. They got rid of the score line to save money (their process is easier now.) People online are advising you cut a score line into the tablet. They sell PLASTIC wrapped powder sleeves for an uncharged (~33% per serving) so it's about the money, not the environment. They likely use the same machine that emergenC uses to produce their tablets. This saves money by not building a new process. EmergenC is used as needed though, not routinely so it's OK for emergenC, but nuun is a routinely used product for hydration (multiple times a day.) Because of the uncharged, the difficulty splitting tablets (the people who say it's easy, don't try all the flavors. Some are very difficult. I started getting nerve pain lasting long AFTER splitting the tablets by hand. Im middle aged... I've used knives, pill splitter etc. Nuun removed the score line, over sizes the tablet, uncharged you ~33% per serving (or in total as that's how percentages work) for the convenience of not splitting (isnt it born in powder form? Don't you have to press it into a tablet?) They sell tubs of powder (only two flavors (3-14-25) but the value isn't there either. It's less plastic, but they sell convince at a premium and tell the consumer We WaNt To SaVe PlAsTiC WaStE! To top it off, the plastic tube the tablets fit into is now part of a law suit for selling empty space occupied by a plastic spring that could have been topped off with product. They're saying it's deceptive packaging and hides the sound of empty space thus fooling the consumer as there is no other purpose. I think the law suit is a bit much (they label the number of servings after all.) MY point is, if they cared about the plastic, they wouldn't use a plastic filler spring, and extra plastic walls. Nuun is motivated by money, not world betterment. Don't forget it. Buy a different product until nuun wants to compete with a better product and quit lying about it's motives. I bought the most heavy duty pill splitter (pill mill (aluminum, steel)) and it doesn't fit, so it crumbles and I need a funnel... put your environmentalism where your mouth is and sell the powder tubs at value LIKE EVERY OTHER DRINK MIX COMPANY. And reduce the plastic footprint caused by filler space. Put three more tablets in there instead of a plastic spring, and uncharged 30% (to account for three more servings) if it's the environment you care about and not simply THE LOVE OF MONEY. You know them by the fruits of their labor, not by their wordsEDIT: many of the tablets break in half easily making them not fitting easily a very minor issue. Not the same experience from the beginning. Maybe only some tablets are tuff, or maybe nuun reformulated their tablets. Hopefully it's a change.

Look, my stomach is dumb and acts like being happy excited and being terrified anxious are the same thing so I always get ill before a trip. We like to travel with blood system full of vitamins, multiple stabs of vax juice in our arms (people going to Africa know what I mean- typhoid, rabies), masks, hand sanitizer at the ready- but these silly tablet not only jazz up water they can give a weary traveler a kick in the pants.We hit Paris a few years ago- a cold circling us at work before we left. I bought these and on our flight we started to feel the ick so we drank a bottle of Nuun. I'm not saying these stopped the cold but it allowed us 5 days to see the sights without feel like we were dying or look like we were patient zero. These were 10+ hour days running about, walking about 5-9 miles a day on trips. We hit Disneyland Paris our last day- and then crashed the day we flew home. BUT, unlike most of our coworkers, we only missed a day of work rather than 3-4 days.

As a mother of an athlete, I was looking for a way to keep my daughter hydrated all day as well as making sure she take in all necessary electrolytes for her best performance.I must say that this product helped her to drink way more water and the flavor is really good.She used about 2 tables a day per half gallon of water and it’s enough for her.I would definitely recommend this product for those who just need daily electrolytes or for athletes.
