Edit 4/2020 Now that I've been ending the month with this second batch of vitamins, I've gotten used to them and no longer experience nausea when taking them. I think it just took a few days for my body to adapt so I'm back to a 5 star rating! I will definitely be taking these for the duration of my pregnancy :) 03/2020 Although these vitamins are large, and some people have a hard time with them, that luckily has not been the case for me. I placed my first order for a one month supply in January and received the vitamins that are pictured above with the dark DHA capsule. I just reordered last week, and this time I got the clear, smaller DHA capsule. I was concerned I received the incorrect vitamins, but after some digging I've found this is the newer formula and the dark ones were older. When I was taking the darker DHA, I had no stomach upset or nausea. Since taking the clear DHA, I've had nausea throughout the day. I'm going to give it a few more days and see if my stomach tolerates them better as time goes on, but if not I'll have to find something else which is disappointing, because I've really enjoyed this brand and had no issues up until now! I would give my first order 5 stars and my second order 3 stars at this point.

I've been taking these for months and they work really well. The DHA fish oil leaves no fishy taste. You can sometimes smell it when you open the bottle, but it has a faint scent of orange oil with it, and if you do burp, that's what you taste. It is very seldom, it's really rare that I taste it. The vitamin does not upset my stomach- even if I take it without eating. I have borne and nursed two healthy, beautiful boys on this vitamin and just added the DHA this past year for my 2nd pregnancy. I have to take a supplement for vitamin D to get what I need, and the DHA fish oil helps with absorption. As far as I can tell, this vitamin pack provides all I need to support a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy and years of breastfeeding. If I skip doses, I feel a difference after one day in my energy levels. I once recommended Rainbow Light Women's One a day to a co-worker who had a sensitive stomach. She likes them, too. According to my experience, Rainbow Light makes good quality products. Also, this one arrived to me on a hot day with a heat index of 107 degrees farhenheit. Amazon had packed it with refrigerated packs so the DHA fish oil wouldn't melt. The product was not damaged at all. I will buy again!

I’m on my 8th pregnancy and I’ve struggled to find a prenatal that was affordable yet worked for me. This one doesn’t make me nauseous and the probiotic in it helps keep me regular whereas most vitamins with iron cause back up issues in the gut. It is a large pill, but I don’t find it difficult to handle. I don’t get an aftertaste from the vitamin or the omega fish pill. The omega pill is actually very easy to get down with no fishy taste or smell. I recommend these vitamins.

This is the best vitamins I found when I was pregnant. Highly recommend to any pregnant woman looking for the right prenatal vitamins.

I love these prenatals! I have had a very healthy and (mostly) energy-filled pregnancy thanks to these vitamins. I do take them at night after I've eaten dinner, which I started doing when I was having lots of morning sickness in the beginning. If you can't eat a decent full breakfast or are just feeling sick in general, make sure to take these at night- even the mildest multi vitamins can make you sick if you haven't eaten or if you are already not feeling so great. I like that you just take one pill a day (well, one of each kind), instead of the 3 at a time that was my first prenatal I tried! The pills are not as big as some I've seen, if pill size bothers you, and they are also much cheaper than a lot of other natural brands. I developed anemia during this pregnancy and my doctor was concerned that I would be feeling lethargic, but nope, I have felt wonderful since the morning sickness wore off! I take an iron supplement too now but I don't even notice the difference from just taking these pills. I wqas adamant about getting a kind that had the DHA, and I love that I get a 3 month supply of the multi vitamin and the DHA supplement for less than $50. I plan on continuing with these through nursing as well.

I started taking these over a year ago when I found out I was pregnant. I loved how they are food based and "clean" ingredients. I suffered from hyperemisis so the size at times were hard to swallow but when I did manage to take them I felt great. I would not recommend them for women who have trouble taking pills. They are pretty big! My son is now 7 months and I am still taking them while breastfeeding. I can really notice a difference in my energy level. They did change the look and formulas a TINY bit but nothing too drastic. The DHA has a bit more of a "fishy" smell and the vitamin is a bit more chalky. It does turn your pee neon yellow so expect that to happen! Over all they are fantastic vitamins and I will definitely be switching to the womens multi vitamin once I am no longer breastfeeding.

Absolutely LOVE these prenatal vitamins!! Started out with some basic ones from the store and just didn’t feel like I was getting enough out of them while I was pregnant with my first child. I saw a mom I follow on IG said she swore by these, and never had morning sickness, while she took these with all 4 of her kids so I decided to switch since these had a lot more vitamins in them.. And they seemed to be great! I took them the entire pregnancy and while I was breastfeeding and never had any issues. I never had morning sickness either, cannot say if these helped with that or not. But if I get pregnant again I will absolutely be taking these Rainbow Light vitamins again!
