BRIGHT!!
I purchased these to install on my trailer to illuminate the tires of the trailer. So I could see the tracking of the tires at night. Sometimes you look in your mirror and you really can't see where your trailer is. ESPECIALLY if your mirrors start to fog up in a foggy area! OBVIOUSLY it's "BEHIND YOU", but in construction areas or narrow lanes, it'd be SUPER NICE TO SEE WHERE YOUR TRAILER TIRES are actually TRACKING!! So THAT is why I got THESE lights!! The kit seems fairly complete. Not so happy with the mounting "screws"... but that's another story... at least the lights came with padding when you MOUNT them!

Great for the price! Absolutely waterproof.
These are cheap little LEDs but perfect for "puddle lamps" and the sort. I have had mine installed under the steps of my GX470 for a few months, completely exposed to water and mud. None of them have failed yet. The beam pattern is less dispersed than I had expected, so instead of one large soft glow from each light, you end up getting three fairly-harsh light spots on whatever surface they are illuminating.

Nice and bright!
They are nice and bright. I did not use them on the exterior of my car so I can't comment on the durability of them externally. But they worked really well for my interior.
