Crystal Trading 4-Piece Bed Sheet Set - Dobby Stripe - 100% Cotton Sateen - 300 Thread Count (Twin, Burgundy)

I bought these as a flash sale...$15.99..for a queen set. The color is good, and they are soft...but I hate them. The elastic is thin and loose in the casing, and I get the joy of totally remaking the bed every day. All 4 corners pull off so easily its nuts. The description says "Fits a Mattress Up To 15''" and I guess they 'fit'...but the sheet BARELY goes around the mattress, and I measured mine at 14". There's just not enough fabric, or elastic to make these useful. i'd return them, but i've already washed and slept on them...I'll probably use them for some craft thing for my grandkids...and I'm shopping for sheets...again.

I thought this sheet set was too good to be true for the price! These are 100 percent microfiber. I was surprised at how unusually soft and lightweight they were before I washed them and noticed it again as soon as I took them out of the dryer. They were as light as toilet paper! They just didn't look or feel like the all the cotton sheets I have or owned. On the outside label of the package it said Heavy Weight 300 thread count cotton sateen. On looking upon the tags, the sheets themselves have care instructions on them, but tags themselves do not state what material you are caring for...super sneaky. My children have microfiber sheets on their beds and I am very familiar with that type of textile. This was the first time in the last eight years where I have called Amazon and complained of being completely duped by an outside seller. Amazon was great at fixing the problem!

Update:I washed these babies and they are just as nice to touch and NO pilling/lint. I added a few more pics but they still don't do them justice!Yes, it's true, I feel like a princess in these sheets! The pictures do NOT do them justice and??? Unless you actually touch them and or sleep in them? You cannot imagine how soft they are. I rec'd them a month ago and I have not washed them once and I knew some of you might be like "Ewww..." but really? These sheets smelled wonderful when I opened them (no fake chemical smell) and were SO soft from the beginning.I WILL wash them this weekend ha ha...and I'm SO hoping they do NOT pill, I hate those little sticky pilling fibers when I go to sleep, that's the reason I got rid of my last pair of sheets.The color of these is a VERY light spring green, they don't go with my comforter but for $15 with Amazon Prime? Who cares if they don't match. I really like the pin stripe in them and they feel very luxurious without that fake (in my opinion) satin like feel. They feel more like very soft cotton and I love them.I'll try to get better pictures (it's been raining in Texas believe it or not and the sun is not out - hence my bedroom is darker than usual) and I'll update you after I wash them hopefully.You can't go wrong with these sheets though for the price and quality.

If these are 300 thread count they must be the smallest size thread in recorded history....these sheets are soft but they are also: skimpy on size - I bought queen but it probably would fit better on a full size mattress; fabric is tissue paper thin and practically see-thru; I got the feeling that one wrong move and one missed pedicure and my foot would go through the sheet while I was turning in my sleep....NOT AS ADVERTISED. Do not buy. Spend your money and maybe a few dollars more and get real cotton 300 thread count sheet set....I gave them one star because they are beautifully packaged and until you open said package you actually believe that you got a great set of sheets.....until you don't.

These sheets are elegant, beautiful, and work well with our farmhouse decor. Silver sage green is such a soothing color. Soft and subtle without being too bold or over bearing. They are easy to place on the bed. The fitted sheet fits snuggly without slipping off the corners as some other brands tend to do. They are soft and cool to sleep on without holding in heat. Every time I wash these I can't wait to slip into the bed that night knowing how soft and comfortable the bed will be.

For a price of $9 plus $12 shipping you don't expect much in a set of sheets so these turned out to be a really good value. I've only been sleeping on them for a few weeks now but there are no problems. Obviously they are not really thick or heavy material, but not flimsy either. I have had other cotton sateen sheets that were more satin-like and these are not satiny. But they are quite soft right out of the package, like sheets that have had many washings. They are similar in feel to microfiber, in a good way. I've already ordered a second set!

Just opened the package today, and these sheets are soft no doubt, but very thin and flimsy looking. Will be returning them asap.I have bought sheet-sets and duvet covers via Amazon several times over the last 5 years, and always had the feeling that the information on the site over-hyped the product and reality was quite different. Almost all the sheets would get a 1-star for durability. 10+ years ago never had so much difficulty finding quality sheet that retained their shape and lasted a long time. I guess it is this age of super-charged marketing efforts.As you can guess, this is not one of those paid reviews that are so common on amazon.com.

I was apprehensive at first about these after reading several reviews saying sheets were thin but went ahead and the price was so tempting. Bought two sets, one in light blue. These have pockets deep enough for our king with pillow-top and haven't shrunk from washing. Nice elastic across the ends, they are really smooth and do shift some but not like most sheets that creep off the corners and soon you are rolled up in it. The sheet is fairly thin as in very light but the weave is nice and tight as well, the fabric doesn't seem to stretch out of shape. I've so far had these for a couple of months and am so thrilled to find such nice sheets at a value price, will absolutely purchase again.
