Premium Strap Locks (3 Pair) - Black

These are identical to the similar Fender strap locks, and work great. Ingeniously simple, and most effective on old style or conical shaped strap buttons. A bit difficult to work over the top of the more modern 'mushroom cap' style buttons, but then again you probably don't need them on those! A very cost-effective solution to strap fail!

I have the metallic strap locks on one of my guitars but found this and I'm impressed at how well it works.

the guitar savers premium strap locks fits perfectly ,you put the guitar strap on the strap button/knobs ,then put the strap lock(s) on after strap is on ,put strap lock on and it goes on strap button against your strap and against the raised part of the strap button , it goes on nicely ,it is flexible so it goes on easy and locks the strap snug tight perfectly stays in place stays locked in , it stays tight you can play your guitar in confidence , its not moving until you yourself pull the strap lock off the strap button yourself , its supports pfectly and I realize that with out this strap lock that the strap rides the wall of thestrap button , in which putting on this strap lock pushes the strap up to center and botton of strap button neck and this strap lock stays on button neck and stays there the strap lock holds the strap tightly snug and when you push the strap lock over the strap button just make sure the strap lock is completely over the raised wall of the strap button and the strap lock stays secure between the inside side of strap button wall up against the strap it pushes the strap futher down the neck of the strap button and the strap lock fills that space and prevents from your strap riding the side wall of the strap button ,the strap lock is a firm cushion its firm yet soft feel and will not damage your strap or guitar button , easy on and stays on secure until you remove it your self , I myself leave the guitar strap on the guitar strap button with the strap lock left on it and because I leave the strap with strap lock on it , I ordered 2 more sets for all my other guitars as each single pack of this strap lock has three (3) pair in the pack so now I have a pair for each guitar I own and if I get another guitar I will order these strap locks again , buy it you will be glad you bought it ,5 stars out of 5 stars . buy it.

I really like the locking guitar washers for the price. They are great for my use as a home player. If I was a professional player with a higher level guitar I'd feel a little safer with a locking guitar strap. I wouldn't swing my guitar around with the washers to test how secure they are. I would be a little apprehensive doing that. For general use they work great.

I still haven't used them for my LP because my guitar straps seam pretty good but they work for my Ibanez so far..

You buy straps, they wear out at the ends, start to widen, slip off, and you buy more straps. Guitar straps shouldn't have to be like buying toilet paper, use, and toss. Standard straplocks are a pain to install. These are great, simple, just put the strap on, slip one of these keepers on, and you're good to go. Want to change your fashion statement to fit the mood or gig? , just slip them off, throw the other strap on, reset, and good to go. These are about as simple, economical and essential guitar accessories as string winders or picks. An absolute no brainer. Just buy it, try it, you'll never through a strap on without these again. Would these survive teenage headbangers? Don't know..All bets are off with teens, LOL! But fine with normal adults...

I’ve bought it because I heard about the Grolsch red rubbers. They are similar but unfortunately, it doesn’t work at all with my four basses. My straps are too thick so I can’t even push those rubber strap lockers to fit.I’ve tried them on one of my guitar as the strap is thinner but it kept popping out rendering this product useless.As a plus, it looks to be a robust product but that’s it. I bought d’Addario’s plastic strap locks instead.

As long as your guitar strap is not to thick these will fit well and keep the strap in place.

These work as expected. I would buy them again - a great solution.
