Awful quality.
The media could not be loaded. Got one order previously, half empty and unsealed. Benefit of the doubt - ordered again. See video. Almost empty, with webbing and maggots. Disgusting. Have had 2 good packets and 2 absolutely awful. Amazon says I can't return or refund - so this review is a warning to anyone who wants to take a gamble on a borderline okay product, or a disgusting one. Order here, take your gamble! I'm looking elsewhere from now on...

expired or used product
the product wasnt sealed on arrival. when opening there was live moth inside with webbing in the container. the food was all clumped into a ball at the bottom covered in a few tiny maggots. Item also isnt eligible for returns. It's my first time buying a product like this so i wasnt sure if this was normal. Regardless it didnt match the contents in the product photo. i dont know how i would feed my fish this product in this condition and with no return or refund options available i rate this 0 if I could.
