Easy & quick to use. Lids are hard for me to get off, but I don't use the lids since I'm only using them at home & not storing food int them to take in a lunch bag or anything. I got a fine point permanent marker to print on one side a list of the kinds of foods each tub should measure. I also marked an adjoining side with a number representing the number of servings per day for each tub. This really helps since it's not automatic for me to see the color & know what goes into that color tub & how many times a day. This way I don't have to depend on a separate list somewhere & this way the information is right on the tubs. So easy & convenient. Kinda wish the corners were slightly rounded for smoother cleaning since I hand wash stuff, but the sharp corners look nice. Half of them fit inside the green tub & the other half fit inside another large tub, so there'll be 2 tubs that take up space for storage, but they are very small & stack neatly. Very small. Think of the size of your measuring cups; but that's why people need these, because we've forgotten how small servings are supposed to be. My biggest reason for using these is to make sure I'm getting a balanced diet with the right number of servings of each colored container. I thought 1 pot meals such as soups & salads wouldn't be doable using these, but they are. Just have to measure things before dumping them together. These are great.

These containers were meant for me to help me lose a few pounds, but my kids keep using them. This is actually a great tool for the kids! It has helped to teach them portion control and keep them from unnecessary snacking. They think the different colored containers are fun. The containers come in different colors with a program similar to the 21 day fix. This system makes portion control easy. So far I just love these little containers. They have really helped me in the last month to see how much I had been over eating. I quickly figured out I was eating way to many carbs and definitely not enough vegetables. I am starting to visually learn how much to eat when I go out. My body feels so much better then it did before, the bloating and heaviness I use to feel is slowly going away. Make sure you download the app for your phone it helps tremendously and go to the website and download the pdf file it has tons of information for you to read.Only con I have come across is sometimes the lids don't seal correctly but that's not a deal breaker for me at all.

I like the product and it seems easy to follow the instructions. The only thing I would suggest is that you buy more than one set so that you would be able to take a break from washing it constantly. You can have up to 5 servings of vegetables and with only veg container, you have to constantly wash that one container.

perfect- exactly like the 21 day fix containers. It even comes with a plan inside and there is an app you can use to go along with program. I use the 21 day fix app with them, which is free. works as you would expect but at a way bigger discount that the "originals". They also close very tightly and I have sent mine through the dishwasher many times. Still like new.

These are nice little containers, emphasis on 'little'. They are pretty. They are nice. The directions came on line and were good. The problem is I haven't used them yet except for a salad dressing carrier.

perfect to control weight , and eating habits. Struggled with pcos and thyroid issues and this has helped me develop control that these diseases trick the body into thinking you are hungry when you are not. craving the wrong food. Whoever said that size doesn't matter was wrong the plates came nicely packaged and with a booklet that have some good suggestions for meal ideas it will really help with portion control for weight loss as it doesn't make send u workout and vo home and undo ur progress with over eating at home and u can't beat the price very happy customer
