I don’t know how you would measure brain results, but I can really see a change in gut health. I now have 1 or2 large poops that are brown. What an improvement from several loose poops.

Expired product!
I bought 2 boxes. When I opened the 2nd box, I noticed it expired January 2024!!! It’s November of 2024!!!I had already thrown out the 1st box that I used so I don’t know if it was expired as well. My return window has expired of course. Complete ripoff!!!
