JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan, Hands-Free Bladeless, 5 Speeds, 4000 mAh

I used it on low and medium power and it ran for 3 hours and still didn't run out. I think it could have gone another 6 hours. It blows cool air up your neck from the back and the sides and hits the sides of your face. It does NOT get my forehead, which is the most sweaty part of me, however, I don't think anything that goes around the neck can hit someone's forehead, so this is the best it is going to get. I don't want to hold anything in my hand and I don't want anything strapped to my head. It provides air around most of my face and that keeps me cool enough. I have not tried other neck blowers, but this one was affordable, it looks very nice, it stays charged really well, and it fairly light. I used it at work and we are going to Europe soon and I will definitely bring it there. I bought two so I can charge one while using the other.

This past week we had a heat index of 104°F and I work in a warehouse without AC or air flow, so I bought this neck fan on sale for Prime Week. 100% worth the money. I'm usually sweating all day, but having air blowing on my neck really cooled me down. It has 5 settings. The first setting doesn't do much, might be nice for white noise when you're taking a nap. Level 3 works great and lasts about 8 hours when I take it off and charge it for breaks. Level 5 works extremely well, but would only last about 3 hours. But, it does charge fairly quickly. I have to bend it a little to get it around my neck, and it feels very sturdy. I just throw it in my backpack with all my other things at the end of the day, and it survives without a scratch.

Helps keep me cool in the Texas heat! Only problem is that it's noisy when on the highest setting. It's a bit hard to hear others. I also wish you could control a little better where the air comes out -- sometimes it made my eyes dry because it faced right up that way.

Our temperatures in the desert are very hot! On Saturday and Sunday they will be 112 degrees. I wear this every place I go and it really helps to moderate the heat for me and makes it survivable! I really like this devise. It is so easy to just wear it around your neck and forget it. Great value for money and excellent quality. I couldn’t survive here without it!

I purchased since my AC was broken and I was going to be traveling to a country where AC was uncommon. In both situations, the fan was able to cool me down considerably. The speed settings were more than enough and the charge lasted reliably for hours. Easy to charge too with USB-C. The fan itself is pretty stable and even though I dropped it a few times, there were barely any scratches.

I admit that I'm shallow enough to have chosen this one for the green color. But also people generally seem to like it. And I'm told that Wirecutter has reviewed it favorably (apparently because it has a good warranty? Something I'm not all THAT excited about for a sub $25 product). Anyway... I bought a couple different brands due to the color offering. And I'm glad that I did. I am returning this one because I juts don't like WHERE it blows the air. It is mostly in my face, and not all around my head like others achieve. I also don't like that this has too many speeds. 5? 6? tough to keep track. And if you have to cycle through them to get what you want (can't go LOWER ever, only higher and around the horn). Pressing and holding the button at any speed will turn it off, and you can start over. But the one I'm keeping blows air all around more comfortably, and has just three speeds, which I find much more useful. I literally only want low, medium or the highest. I don't need subtle changes from my fan. For some reason when you plug in to charge, the port is about as far away from the chart indicator and power button as possible. I have to search all over for it. The units I like better have the charge port, the activation button and the indicator LED all near each other. No fumbling to find the thing. So... this is OK. But I've found others that I like better. No idea about durability of all of it.

Bought two, one for wife who is having hot flashes, and one for me, when I am outside and working. Works like a dream, dropping my core body temperature down by around 10 degrees F on a hot day. It is a great piece of gear, wished I had one last year for lawn mowing and raking. Also good at some churches where there is no A/C. Haven't fully drained the battery yet and charging seems reasonable. For the money? Worth every cent.

I purchased two of these in May of 2024, and have used them daily (not an exaggeration for those of us who struggle with temperature regulation issues) for almost two years. (I am writing this in February of 2026). I purchased two specifically because I knew I'd always use them so much, and wanted one as a backup whenever the other was recharging. Did I wish it had more speed settings? Sometimes. But what it has is adequate. Working in customer service, I can say that the top speed setting is loud enough to make understanding what other people say a bit challenging sometimes, but then I have auditory processing difficulties too, which most people do not have. So take that for what it's worth. I have dropped these things on hard surfaces numerous times, and it doesn't seem to negatively affect them, nor has it ever broken them. They kind of bounce. So they get an A+ for springiness. The battery life is not bad. I frequently ran these on full blast from full charge to zero charge, and they would run on the highest setting for 4 solid hours. I'm not a user who would run them on the lowest setting all day, so I can't tell you how many hours you'd get out of them at the lowest setting all day. But on days where I used them on mixed setting, going between highest and middle a lot, they lasted me probably more than 6 hours. Anyway, giving 5 stars may be a lot, but given how hard and relentlessly I've run my two pair over almost 2 years, I'm quite impressed. I thought if I got a year out of them at that rate, I'd be happy. They're not even dead now, by any means!--they've just reached that point where one is taking long enough to recharge that the backup runs out of battery, too, before the first has finished recharging. So that means it's time to buy another replacement. That was always going to be my mark. I will continue to use my two original until they either don't put out air any more or only do so for less than 30 minutes, or won't charge up any more. A note: You do have to occasionally take a tool like an unbent paper clip or other thin hook-ended implement and pull clothing fibers, dust bunnies, and a little bit of hair out of the vents in order to keep the air flow solid and thorough. But this is no different than the need to de-dust and clean any other airflow vent you've ever had. Final note: The single flaw that's bugged me sometimes is either a rattle or high-pitched whine that occasionally has emitted from these. In one case, I found that a part of the casing near the air intake vents needed to be snapped together again (probably after a drop I subjected it to) and once I did, the sound stopped...in other cases, I'm pretty sure a more thorough fibers/dust/hair cleaning on my part through the vent holes (and including near the intake fan) solved the problem and would have in the past, had I realized exactly where it was that I needed to clean out.

The fan is effective at easing some of the heat. It is quiet at the lowest settings but it pretty powerful at the higher (4-5) settings. I found it comfortable to wear and the battery lasted long enough.
