Bushnell BoneCollector 850 Laser Rangefinder, Hunting Laser Range Finder in Realtree Edge

Pretty good for a basic rangefinder. But that's all I needed. Purchased almost a year ago, still working good. Mostly use at the pistol range. Works in most light conditions. *** Just recently I noticed the display wasn't as clear or as bright as it normally was even though the battery was showing 3/4 power. I cleaned the lens but still the same. Then I saw a post on the internet where someone was describing the same problem. Someone replied check the focus adjustment on the eye piece. Sure as heck that was it, back to clear. Duh???? Should have figured that out myself.

Very clear. Works well in less than bright light. Covers distance in yards and feet. Good size for pocket carry. Been dropped a bazillion times and it still holds a true line.

The product is very well made, accurate, and easy to use. The only complaints I have about the product are the outside finish and the focus adjustment. The finish is slick in your hand when trying to get a range, regardless of whether you have gloves on or not. So when you are trying to get a range on that Boone 180” you’ve been after all year, squeeze it extra tight. The focus adjustment is very easy to bump off. The rangefinder I have needs to be refocused almost every time I get it out from my pack and there really aren’t any references points to know where you had it set the last time. After getting it focused this rangefinder is super clear and does decent in low light situations. Overall I’m pretty pleased with this product. Give it a shot!

This is a good range finder. It has a simple setup and operation. Compact enough to fit into hunting clothes.

Always wanted to get closer than a "guess" when judging range. This is a good, inexpensive range finder. It does add one yard to the 100 yard distance. So I just have to factor that in, when spotting distance. Closer than my W.A.G.

I needed to get one, and I'm glad I went with Bushnell. This guy has everything you need. I've zerod it multie times and it's spot on. Works well, even when it's near dark outside. I've used it quite a bit and the battery is still going. My more experienced buddies were impressed with it as well, saying the lens was impressively focused. I guess other ones aren't as good, according to him. Overall I'm happy with it.

All I am gonna say, do yourself a favor and get this unit ! I like mine and I've used it in some rough elements past hunting season. This thing is well worth the money.
