👇Installation of the suction cup
1️⃣Clean a flat attaching surface with a wet tissue first, then dry it with a dry tissue.
--Please make sure the surface is flat, curved mounting surfaces reduce adhesion.

2️⃣Firmly press the mount base to the surface attached for 5 seconds, then FULLY rotate the safety lock from UNLOCK to LOCK icon while the force to the base lasts.
--Please make sure to FULLY tighten to the LOCK icon  to ensure maximum adhesion.

⚠TIPS
--This suction cup is not compatible with the leather dashboard. If this is the case, please contact our service support to get a solution.
--In extreme summer heat: Please install this suction cup away from direct sunlight, such as the dashboard or air vents.

My previous dashboard phone mount has fallen off, can I believe this one?

Yes! S22 ULTRA in a Ringke case is securely held with the vent clip on bottom vent louver or the windshield/dash mount. If mounting to dash and your dash is leather, or leather looking, there will be padding underneath which will allow the dash to conform to the convex shape of the suction cup. You don't want a raised deformity on the dash, so I recommend adhering the included plastic disc to the dash and then attaching the suction cup.

Please refer to the video. It can be mounted in your dash & windshield & vent & desk. The installation steps are as follows:
Step 1: Clean the dash.
Step 2: Press the suction cup firmly on the dash.
Step 3: Clockwisely【FULLY】rotate it to the "LOCK" icon, or it couldn't work well.
⚠ATTENTION
1.【Only】when the suction cup is not sticky, use the dashboard pad. The LEATHER dashboard is NOT suitable for ALL suction cups. （You can use the it on the air vent or windshield instead）
2. How to use the dash pad: One-time use. Please press the pad hard for 1min then let it rest for 1-3 days to have high stickiness.
3. You can restore the adhesion by washing the suction cup and drying it naturally.
