Good quality fabrication
I'm impressed with the quality of the fabrication of this. The metal feels heavy and well-made, and looks good. For me the biggest downside is that the base is completely flat, but the bonnet is gently curved so the base of the ornament sticks up away from the surface.It wasn't too hard to install, but you do need to drill the bonnet with a 15mm hole and a 4mm hole. There is a foam sticker included which you can use as a template. The 15mm hole needs to line up with the circular cutout on the underside of the bonnet, so you can tighten the nut.

Great, but bare in mind…
Great value for money, very weighty and looks good quality.A few things to note:1) the ornament doesn’t quite conform to the shape of the bonnet so there is a gap at the back. Not a big deal and I used silicone sealer to seal as necessary.2) the screw that holds the two parts together (spring load) is VERY weak. I modified with a different screw and no spring so it’s fixed.3) the plastic nut that holds it on just strips so I had to use a metal nut.With these things in mind, I still think it’s a great product and certainly amazing value for money and can’t really fault it on that basis.

Excellent item.
I bought this for my dad who has an old jaguar and he is over the moon with it. I expected it to be plastic for the money but it's metal. Recommended.

Poor locking nut
Leaping jaguar is solid. But they took forever to arrive. Past the time allocated. And the nut supplied stripped the threads so easily
