Only foundation I use
I've tried different foundations and this is the best one that I've came across so far that actually blends into my skin well and matches my skin tone. To clear up some stuff, I've read some reviews that say they wish it came with a replacement sponge.......look, you don't need a replacemnet sponge and don't need to buy another compact. All you have to do is buy another bottle of the foundation. I found that the bottles, at least for me and where I live that it's cheaper here on amazon vs at the drugstore.REPLACEMNET TIP: When the sponge seems to be drying up, take out the sponge, add some foundation from the glass bottle at the bottom of the compact, put the sponge back and add some foundation on top of the sponge and just close it back up and let the sponge soak up the foundation. i suggest doing it when you're done with wearing makeup for the day or at night time that way the longer it sits there the sponge will soak it up.I also read a review about using a different foundation sponge to apply the makeup. Don't know about you guys but the sponge that came with the compact, mines had started to peel and crack after one use. Threw it away and bought a oval foundation sponge and what a difference it made in the application process. Made it so much more smoother to apply than the sponge it came with. I didn't matter to me that the oval shape didn't fit in the compact becasue I don't really need to re-apply the makeup but I had came across some round sponges from a drug store that I decided to keep in the compact to help dab my shiny forehead becasue even tho this foundation works best for me it makes my forehead a bit oily. The oval sponge is still the best and only one I prefer to use with this.

Awesome foundation for dry skin! Might even be a bit better than Loreal's Pro Glow foundation....
I give the product itself 5 stars, but it ended up coming in the mail late, and I really wasn't happy about that! It might just be because I ordered it so close to Christmas. Anyways, the Loreal Lumi cushion foundation's finish is dewy & looks beautiful-- it is medium to full coverage, depending on how many layers you build up. If you're a fan of the Loreal Pro-Glow foundation, like I am, you'll love this-- no doubt about it. In the Pro-Glow foundation, I wear shades 201 and 202, because the undertones in 202 are perfect for me, but the shade itself is a bit too dark, so I combine the two before applying. I bought shades C2 and N1, and C2 is almost exactly the same as the Pro Glow foundation's 202 shade. The only downside to this product is that it comes with half an ounce (I believe) instead of a full ounce, like most foundations do. I would totally recommend this to anyone with dry or normal/combo skin, who wants to try a dewy foundation that can be applied very easily, "on the go". For reference, my skin is beyond dry and dehydrated (I have an autoimmune disorder to thank for that lovely symptom) and this foundation feels very comfortable to wear. Its dewy, but not overly so. You can set it with a powder if you want to-- if you're looking for a recommendation & also have dry skin, I would go with the *dry skin* Fit Me! pressed setting powder by Maybelline, OR CoverGirl's Advanced Radiance pressed setting powder (that one was recommended by a popular beauty YouTuber named Tati, and I'm SO happy that I trusted her opinion and tried it out for myself, because now that's the only powder I can use without looking like a dry, cakey mess) :)

Beautiful Finish...Need More Color Selection
I really love the natural, dewy finish of this foundation. It can be light coverage that looks like a healthy glow or it can be built up to a medium coverage. I have combo skin and it didnt make me look greasy throughout the day. When I build it up to a medium coverage I do set it with a powder so that it will stay on longer, but it does take away the dewy finish. I then spray with a setting spray that restores some of the glow and it does last all day. I have read some reviews that say it applies best with the sponge that is included, I personally haven't tried it. I use a Beauty Blender and it works beautifully. I think if you were to use a brush it may apply streaky because it is a thinner consistency. I love the cushion, it is super easy to apply, and a little bit does go a long way. It is a gorgeous, quality foundation for a great price. The only thing I don't like about it is the color selection. I bought the C5.5 and it is a little too cool for my skintone. I have an olive medium tan complexion (Native American) and I feel like there are some gaps in between the darker shades. Especially for darker skin tones than mine. I really like a neutral foundation but the N 5.5 just didn't look dark enough, the C5.5 is a bit too cool and the W5.5 is ORANGE. I usually end up mixing my foundations to get the right color (this isn't the only brand I have this exact problem with...my tan varies throughout the year), but it's not like you can really mix this because of the cushion. Thats my only complaint, other than that it is gorgeous!

Med. Coverage and very lightweight
I kept seeing these types of foundation applicators on the Korean shows I watch on Netflix. So I thought I'd try it without breaking the bank. So glad I did. Goes on so nicely, medium coverage, lightweight, makes my skin look moisterized and smooth. I'm over 50 and this doesn't cake or settle in lines. Really happy I tried this. It's encouraged me to try the ones with SPF, although my skin doesn't really like the SPF 50. Hopefully I can find one with less spf, but I'm definately a fan of Loreal's Lumi and this will be a repurchase.
