Yummy and healthy
Natural, 100% organic, raw, ripe bananas. Sweet! You can put it in your smoothie, top off your cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. consistency is similar to bread crumbs, but better. A little bit of a crunchy texture. I like to pour it in a cup and just eat it as a snack!

Thickens too much
I was recommended by doctor to use this in food to add fiber and bulk, but it turns food to cement. I just eat oatmeal.
