Is This good for hardcore mountain biking and big drops and jump landings for someone 210lbs?

I have no idea. I bought these for my wife’s bike and she absolutely does NOT do that stuff. Even so, she didn’t like them because her feet slipped off way to much. She’s now clipless along with me and likes to ride.
