Most of the flowers arrived damaged and were nearly dead, quite shocked! I have had the flowers in water for a few hours now after cutting the stems. The allium is at a stage that I would normally think of putting it out. The lily has only two buds, the other two are missing completely. The rose is very soft and the three iris have been picked so early.i.e. No colour showing at all that from experience I very much doubt if they will manage to produce a flower. There was no water or moisture containing fabric to keep them in the box and some of the stems looked as if they had been stored in water for rather a long time I.e. starting to decay. All in all rather disappointing and you wouldn’t have bought them like that in a shop. Very difficult to contact the seller for a refund or replacement.

The person I sent these to, said they look lovely, not the same as the picture on Amazon but I’m ok with that if they’re worth it and I think these are.

The flowers are lovely but the packaging was damaged badly 😔 wasn’t a great first impression for a gift ☹️

I never complain and this is awful! Looks nothing like the picture, I needed these flowers to look like the picture at least?! Not worth the money some flowers are brown, the bouquet itself looks half the size of the image, some flowers haven’t bloomed, I don’t see one Lilly and you don’t even get the box stand!

Really dissapointed Have purchased flowers from this company before and not had a problem, sadly flowers were drooping and of poor quality on this occasion, this was not value for money and the flowers were almost over.
