Used it and nothing used it 3 days and nothing. Why?!

Because just like any supplements it has to build up in your system. You can’t eat healthy 3 days and expect changes. It takes time. Most supplements say 3-6 weeks to see results

does anybody take this with the night shed and the inno shed

I take the inno shed during the day so I do not take together.

Is this intended for daily use or as an occasional cleanse?

I believe it says 14 days(2 pills a day) or 10 days (3 pills a day) and then you need to take a week or two off. It’s definitely not for daily use throughout the year. But I’ve taken other cleanses and this at least feels like the most beneficial one I’ve tried without all the horrific side effects like diarrhea and such.

Why does manufacturer claim we can have 5 - 10 lbs of poop in our gut when that's been 100% debunked by experts?

I don't know about everyone else, but I tested this theory myself. On day 3 I pooped 5lbs out. No joke. Weighed before it kicked in that morning. That afternoon, after eating and drinking normally, 5lbs gone. Pooped 5 times on day 3. Might be a gimmick. But, if it works, it works.
