It is a great product.
These are great , they do a super job at catching flying insects. I used to sell these 20 years ago and recommend them to friends and customers that could benefit from them.

Hard to use
This is a terrible design with the placement of the bottom light and sticky pad. It’s almost impossible to get the tray and sticky pad out with out it sticking to the light and making a complete mess of everything. The sticky pad doesn’t fit snug enough and ends up leaning forward too much and hitting everything. Would not recommend

They ave made some improvements yet the old liners still fit the new model. Yay!

Simple easy to set up & use
Changing the lure paper is simple easy. Front comes off to make this step a simple no stress. Very effective on fly/fruit flies

DOESNT KILL VERY SMALL FLYING INSECTS
This device caught nothing in 2 nites (20 hours) in my office. Right now, after being on all night in my office a very tiny insect flew in front of my computer monitor. Every day I see these insects occasionally here in my office. They are very fast, tiny, hard to see. Difficult to kill by hand. Yeast water mixture in a plastic liter bottle (see YouTube for construction info) caught 2 last night in the living room. An LED fan device with a different color blue light also caught 2 last nite in the bedroom. We have many bites from these insects. Sticky paper in every potted plant has caught nothing for many days. Perhaps this device works on larger insects like flies or mosquitoes.

Gets rid of the bugs!
Product works great! Just remember to change the internal pads. Pads are expensive but do last quiet some time. If incorporating this into your kitchen, restaurant, make sure you have outlets mounted high enough to plug the unit into. I’m not a fan of extension cords running across the wall.

I have ordered two and both of them were damaged but the boxes were ok. I sent them back. Must be their quality control. I haven't ordered another one yet.
